    They promptly returned my call and scheduled service. Ernesto quickly discovered that tree roots were causing blockage in the broken pipe and explained everything to me. The pipe was repaired in a timely manner and he even sent me pictures of the pipe before and after the repair. I will definitely use them again.

    We continue to be impressed with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. They are the only company we use for all of our plumbing needs. We strongly recommend them. Their customer service is top notch, and they stand behind their services. They also installed a whole house water filtration system for us. They even recently repaired our propane fireplace when the fireplace company couldnt fix it. Benjamin Franklin are the ones to call!

    I hired this company to come out and give me an estimate of running a propane line to a range I was considering for my kitchen to replace a worn out one. The person who came was thoughtful and caring and did his best to put together a realistic plan, even though he understood I probably could not afford it. I appreciated his straight forwardness and time and care he took into putting together two different options for possibly putting in a line.

    William and his co-worker did an awesome job! First William listened intentely to my issues, and inspected the trouble area. He then gave me a reasonable and fair quote, upfront. After I told him to go ahead and do the work, he and his co-worker immediately got busy! They cleared the lines and had everything up and running in just a little while!     Logan was prompt, knowledgeable, and patient with us, as we had many questions. He used multiple techniques to help determine our water leak source. I felt him to be honest and also thoughtful in regards to options we had and pricing for each of those options.     I highly recommend using their services. I had a stubborn outdoor faucet which was leaking and really hard to replace. They were very professional from the first phone call to coming and doing repairs. The work itself was done very profesinaly and meticulous with great attention to every detail.     This review is not geared toward the company itself, but more toward the two young men that helped get all of my pipes fixed in my rent house. Alex and Aaron worked very hard to make sure all of my water leaks were taken care of despite the conditions and situation they were in. I really appreciate the respect and consideration they gave.     Todd appeared to know what he was doing in replacing a garbage disposal. He did it quickly and cleaned up after the work thoroughly. He did a quick job at the master bath sink and also was thorough in cleaning up. Todd presenting himself well and I was pleased with his work in so far as I can tell this soon afterwards. Blake, the apprentice with him was also polite and presented himself appropriately. I was quite pleased to use Benjamin Franklin for the first time.

    This was our second call this year. First was a clogged kitchen sink and today, a water leak in the yard. William C. was extremely helpful today in determining the issue and suggesting how the leak could be repaired. The work was done and the areas where digging was required were filled in and the grass replaced. Very pleased with both visits!

    Did a great job. Brought proper tools and stuff to make sure everything was clean and mess free. Repairman gave me great preventative advice and was very professional. A little expensive but all oncall after hours service is a expensive. It wasnt over the top expensive though. Overall A+ service and experience. Would use again.

    We needed a plumber on a Saturday so we called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, as we have done before. Once again, their employee, Daniel Owen, arrived the same day, on time and spent all the time necessary to solve the problem and get things back online again. He gave detailed explanations along the way and explained what improvements he made so this would be unlikely to happen again. While one could consider the fee may be slightly higher than another company, we were happy to pay the stated cost given how thoroughly professional Daniel/service was.

    They are always professional. Tbey show you and tell you up front what the problem is, the repairs needed, and what the final cost will be. Never any guesswork on the homeowner as to what all the situation entails. Service people have always been very friendly and they do a great job. They wear booties in the house, they clean up afterwards, and they do it all quickly and correctly.

    Called Ben Franklin per the recommendations of my neighbors at 830, had them out to my house by 1000, and my problem fixed by 1100. I was very relieved they were able to fix my problem quickly and that it wasnt as lengthy or as involved as I was anticipating. I had Josh and Jerry come out as my technicians and they were both very laid back, professional, respectful of my home, and happy to answer my questions.     I am very satisfied with the service, my plumber came out to fix the issue and turns out it was with the AC so he went out of his way to call hos buddy who knows about AC to help him fix it.     This is the 4th time weve used Ben Franklin Plumbing of Tyler. Each time they are very responsive and are punctual for designated appointments. The plumbers are polite and respectful of our home and very knowledgeable about the different makes and models of fixtures. They are reasonably priced for the amount of service you receive. They are not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.

    The only guys that I could get out to my plumbing problem on Saturday. They showed up roughly at 5 PM and went to work. They told me in advance that it would be later in the day - that they were on a call. I suspected the problem really was within the City sewer service line, not mine. Ben F brought the right equipment to the job and made a hole in the clog and got me some relief until the City could address the roots and grease clogging their main line.

    Aurelio came out because our sinks and tub would not drain and water was pouring out from under our toilet. Aurelio was polite, professional, helpful, answered my hundreds of questions and fixed the problem as well as he could considering itā€™s a septic tank issue. We didnā€™t even know that we had a *second* septic tank until Aurelio was going through his diagnostic process. He did absolutely everything that he could to resolve our problem and did it after hours and with a smile. What a really great guy. We have to have the septic pumped tomorrow and that should finish the job that Aurelio did. I would absolutely call and specifically ask for Aurelio in the future. He knows his stuff, takes the time to diagnose your issues and fix said issues. He cleaned up after he was finished and generally helped my husband and I feel much less anxious about our situation. What an asset to the company!

    Snowpocalypse Texas 2021. Busted kitchen pipe behind the cabinet and no running water for 5 days. Ugh. These were contracted local plumbers, not BF employees but it didnā€™t matter. These guys had to go under the house and it was cold, muddy and dark but they were cheerful and efficient throughout. Even took the time to dismantle the kitchen faucet to remove a debris clog that was giving me only half the flow stream from before. Was expecting to wait days more and totally thrilled to get this part of my life back!
