I had a GREAT experience with this company! I needed oil heat switched out for gas heat ASAP after buying an older house and getting 3 oil bills at $1800+ every 4 weeks. This company gave me the best quote of 3 Lehigh Valley companies I looked at and included more services and products (install/dismantle/removal/water softener). Benjamin V, Mark P, Eric B, these guys love what they do and those are the people you want on a job like this. I asked a ton of questions since this changeover was my first big investment in the house and the results speak for themselves. My first gas bill was $325 and I now have 29 functioning radiators! Before this install I believe 10 radiators were working and one of the 2 35 years old oil furnaces ran constantly. Definitely plan to see what UGI Homeserve can do for air conditioning and plumbing upgrades!

I would like to say what an outstanding sales person Joe Leinbachhas been to work with both for the sale and purchase of my new gas furnace the other year and getting my furnace contract setup for 2023 t0 2024, and now the ac unit died last week and a tech came out and found it was not useable for any length of time and it sure didnt. the next day it went out again and Joe contacted me with a proposal for a new unit and it is now being installed today. I would highly recommend Joe Leinbach to work with you to get a good deal and great person to work with.

Purchasing a new Hvac and furnace is a daunting task and trying to figure out which company to do the install is not a simple thing to do. But UGI made everything so simple and enjoyable. From the sales rep Allen who was knowledgable, respectful, and helpful throughout the entire process to the tech guys (Steve and John) who were nothing more than a blessing. They came on time and ready to work, it was a two day process but Steve promised to get us up and running in one day and he did. The guys worked hard and long but also gave the time to go over and explain everything I needed to know about the new units. Steve and John I applaud their work ethic, knowledge, and their workmanship. Great job guys and thank you for an enjoyable experience.

Anthony B and his partner just left my house after fixing my furnace. I dont think Ive ever had two nicer, more competent service people in my home ever! Everything was explained thoroughly as they went along. They made suggestions concerning the filters we use and when to schedule future routine service calls. UGI has excellent customer service. I recently had a broken house heater on a cold Sunday morning. I called UGI and about 30 ~ 45 minutes the technician arrived. He fixed the problem with a temporary part. Later of the week another technician came to replace the temporary part with a good one. Both men are really skilled. I would highly recommend UGI to anyone. Please keep up the good work!

I recently purchased a new water heater at competitive pricing. I would be hard pressed to remember any occasion where I was not completely satisfied with any aspect of UGI. In summary, I suppose I represent what one would call a completely satisfied customer.

I own a home with UGI gas service for Heating, cooking and water heating. Its was through that relationship that prompted getting a service contract for my 3 items mentioned prior. I have used this service 3 times since its inception and everyone from the the wonderful ladies in the office answering the phones to the service technicians have been gracious in making sure our needs are met. Not once was anyone trying to upsell me on additional work or other gimmicks. All the technicians are knowledgeable on the equipment in my home that is at least 15 years old. My advise is dont be that you get what you pay for homeowner. When you call a place of business the size of UGI and get a real person on the first ring, thats a company you know cares about customer service. No automated call answering holding pattern here, and thats 24 hours a day. No after hours hotline like other companies do.I am a very satisfied customer

Fortunately our contract covered all the costs, including cleaning the vents on both units. Excellent experience, would recommend UGI to anyone considering their services.Had a new HVAC and heat pump installed after the previous one finally kicked (previous one was here when I bought my home 3.5 years ago). Initial assessment was painless and felt like all our options were explained thoroughly to us. Had everything replaced and installed yesterday and the 2 men who worked on everything were very professional and again did a great job of explaining some of the new features on the thermostat and offered their recommendations on what settings would ultimately work the best for us.Pricing was very affordable, again we were walked through several pricing options, and we were not pressured into any one in particular. Very happy overall with our experience.

Scott was the technician who serviced our heating systems two years ago and at that time we found him to be top notch in every way. He arrived within the scheduled time slot, proceeded directly to the maintenance of both systems, cleaned up very well and departed with the systems working in an excellent fashion. UGI did an admirable job of replacing my AC blower motor. Unfortunately for me my breakdown occurred on a Saturday afternoon, therefore replacement parts from a supply house were not available. UGI ordered my part on a Monday, had it overnight shipped and reinstalled and back in business by Wednesday.

We have had the UGI Maintenance program for a few years and have always been very satisfied with the service received. Given our current situation, the 24 hour service plan converage is an important feature. The plan also includes annual maintenance and servicing that adds to the efficiency of the systems. We would recommend UGI to anyone who apprciates quality and timely service.
