    We had a flooded basement on Thanksgiving day. Called at 1130am. Peter was here by 1230pm. He diagnosed the issue promptly. Everything was cleared up. Peter was a big help.

    I am the type of person to fix everything myself and it’s very rare I feel the need to call in a professional. After two days of battling with a backup in my pipes, I decided it was time to make the call. I called 3 companies for information. The woman who answered the phone was not only the nicest one I spoke to but also the most helpful. She got me set up with an appointment within a couple hours. The manager Chris called me and let me know they could be here even faster! That was music to my ears. The technician Eric showed up and assessed the problem. He was incredibly professional and found the problem right away. Shortly after, I was called with my options. Once I made my decision Eric went ahead and fixed it all up for me. This was the best experience I could possibly as for and would definitely use them and recommend them to anyone who needs this type of service. Thank you so much much Roto-rooter team!

    We had a minor plumbing issue that turned out to be indicative of some much larger issues, and our technician Daniel did a great job of helping us understand what was going on and the best course of action to take. Roto-Rooter then gave us several options for how to proceed while also providing a payment plan (very helpful for a large, unexpected job). Daniel did a great job and worked very hard to get all of our work done in one day. We were very pleased and will happily work with them again!

    Shortly after having my bathroom gutted the new sink cracked and a large piece actually fell off. Several contractors told me the entire vanity would need to be ripped out of the new drywall to install a new one. Peter was the only one who said it could be done from underneath and he came through completely, in 2 hours no less! I could not be happier with the work he did. This was the 2nd job he did for me and I cannot recommend them more. Thank you, RotoRooter!

    My family and I were experiencing a severe drainage block and were discouraged to contact a plumber. With a lot of effort, we were unable to relieve the issue. DT came to the rescue and solved it fairly quickly while working in the cold, windy weather. He was up front and honest about all the costs associated with his work beforehand. He reviewed all the options with us and provided his own recommendation. He was not a salesman but very down to earth and personable. He made us feel as though we were friends. DT made this crappy situation (pun intended) into an overall great experience.

    Carlos Cabrera was the technician that came to my house to fix my leaky pipe. He was phenomenal. Very courteous, respectful. He explained the job very well.I am upset with roto rooter for what it seems like, taking me to the laundry for a leaking pipe and a water valve replacement which cost $872 for an 1.5 hrs job. But Carlos did a GREAT JOB.

    We had a main sewer line issue and DT was able to fix it! While we are not 100% happy with the actual company DT was able to put our minds at ease with our issue and even came earlier than was expected. He was knowledgeable and made sure to ask many questions to understand the situation. He let us know that he would inquire with the company about previous work that was done and was very helpful in a stressful time! DT deserves 5 stars, but the company itself needs to work on their communication.

    They are the best. Had an overflow in my basement which caused flooding. After hours of trying to locate the main sewer line and fixing the issue ourselves with no success we decided to call Roto Rooter on a Holiday weekend at that. Everyone was so helpful with both the issue and information. Chris the office manager called me right away with estimates on how much it could be to fix the issue he was very honest and I appreciate that. Ronnie the field supervisor came out to check the damages he has scheduled the cleanup for my entire basement which is awesome and Jose the plumber came same day and fixed the issue took him less then an hr. I am satisfied with this company and would certainly use them again in the future should the need arise. Prices are reasonable as well.

    I recently had to call Roto-Rooter for some clogged pipes in my basement. My service tech Danny came over within 15 minutes to try and fix the problem. The solution was not clear at first, and after trying to unclog the drains from 3 different access points, we eventually got the pipes free again.Danny even went out of his way to clean up some of the sewage that spilled onto the floor. He was a great guy and really appreciate his work ethic!

They came out after hours without charging an extra fee and cleared my drain, providing much-needed relief.     Scheduling was easy, service person was polite and did his job, charges was very high, after person left sink was leaking , service person had to come back the very next day. He removed the Moen appliance which cost $598 only to replace it with a Delta appliance with no proof that this device costs were equal to the Moen and no refund of the difference in cost. Didn’t even give a receipt showing the cost of the replacement.Very disappointed in how this was handled.I am happy to say the GM from The company contacted me directly and did everything he could do to make good on this service!This shows this company wants my business and takes pride in their work.     We had a block in our septic line that was causing a backup in the bathtub when the toilet was flushed. We called Roto-Rooter and the technician Gaddiel showed up later that day. He did his absolute best to clear a collapsing septic pipe almost completely clogged by roots. He got our septic system working again, but told us that wed need more work for a long term solution. Nate, a field supervisor, who came out that evening, was very knowledgeable and well-organized. He planned the emergency septic line replacement for early the following week. He told us to contact him directly if our temporary septic line fix failed and hed get someone out to us fast.Luckily, the temporary fix lasted into the next week when the repair work was scheduled. The technicians who worked on the piping, Brad and Benny, were very friendly and worked very hard and fast. The technician who ran the excavator, didnt catch his name, was very nice, worked skillfully in a very tight area, and was able to keep the excavator clear of our propane tank and backup generator. The technicians went out of their way to save an area of plants that were sentimental to us. All the arrangements for the needed permits were made by Roto-Rooter and they brought the inspector in to approve the work. They replaced the septic line in just one day, put the area back in order at the end, and cleaned up the refuse of the old pipe.

    Ryan has been to my house three days in a row… I first thought I needed the toilet to be reset but he discovered a crack in the bowl which required a new toilet. Ryan gave me the specifications needed and made an appointment for the next day for installation. He called and was able to come about an hour earlier than planned. He removed the old toilet and installed the new one. My house is not air conditioned so he worked hard in a small hot space. He cleaned up after himself, took the old toilet to the curb for me. I had to call today as the seat was loose and I could not figure out how to tighten it. I found Ryan each time to be polite and professional as well as honest. I would highly recommend Ryan as well as Roto-Rooter. I made several calls over the three days and each time the receptionist was courteous and helpful.
