Been using OneStop Pro for regular HVAC maintenance for a few years now. Our 25 year old furnace was starting to go and Robert stopped by after hours to check on it. They installed the new furnace 2 days later and were punctual, professional, and clean.Probably not the cheapest provider around, but it was somewhat of an emergency and we are happy with the new furnace.

Alex, the OneStop Pro plumber, was great! He was prompt and courteous. As he came into our home, he had shoe coverings that he put on especially given that it was raining outside. He quickly diagnosed the issue, and shared some simple to follow preventative maintenance. When he was done, he promptly cleaned up the area where he was working to be sure there was no water on the floor or in the cabinet. The excellent service exceeded my expectations, so needless to say, we will be using OneStop Pro for our future plumbing needs!

I scheduled a visit first thing Sunday morning for a furnace issue. A technician came out the next day and found the solution for no additional charge for labor or parts. During the visit, a leak from the water heater was discovered and they recommended that I replace the unit. The same technician came out on Friday of the same week and replaced the unit without any issues for a competitive price. I highly recommend using OneStop Pro based on my experience with them.

Had sludge water back up in our basement drain and what I thought was going to be a very expensive pump replacement. Alex M showed up right on time and diagnosed that the pump just had an obstruction and was improperly installed. Took the time to also notice a J hook was broken and was probably contributing to the problem. Instead of paying over a thousand dollars on a new pump, he diagnosed/fixed the issue and we only paid a $75 diagnostic fee. Very professional, timely and honest. Other positive reviews are true, would highly recommend!

New client, they could have said “we’ll see you in the morning”, but Alex from One Stop arrived at 8:30 and got to work to fix the problem. We called OneStop first thing this morning and Robert was out within the hour to take a look. He was able to bypass the problem and told me that I didnt need to pay to fully fix the issue since hed seen his bypass work for many years. He also told me that I didnt need to replace the unit at this time. I really appreciate how honest he was. I would hate to replace the air conditioner if its going to continue working for years to come! Ill definitely use OneStop going forward!

Were so glad we found OneStop Pro! We had a basement drain backup issue and they came out late on a Friday night (Easter weekend). Then they also rescued us in the middle of the night when we had a small basement flood due to the rain. The next week they replaced our old, root-infested clay pipes and hydro-jetted the whole system.Dan, Alex, and their crew went above and beyond to get us fixed up — and in the worst weather! I am blown away by the service I received from One Stop Pro! My toilet wasnt refilling after flushing and was a big source of frustration for my family. I called One Stop and made an appt to check out the toilet. Alex was my technician and he arrived right on time and was such a pleasant and easygoing person to work with. He identified the problem right away and gave me the straightforward options to fix it. I ended up replacing the toilet and Alex went above and beyond by telling me the cheapest and best toilet to purchase and went above and beyond to make sure I got the toilet replaced that same day. OneStop Pro has been very responsive to us when weve had emergencies - like a clogged kitchen sink drain or leaking drain just before Christmas. It seems like they prioritize work in the order of true need - so, the kitchen sink is scheduled and addressed before a powder room sink. All techs weve had come out are wicked smart, and diagnosis and treatment has been spot on. They rod drain pipes thoroughly, so you wont need to call them every year or two. Although the price may seem on the high side, the service and responsiveness is impressive, with swiftly returned calls, confirmations, en route texts, etc. Alex, our tech for todays service call (rodding two sinks) was prompt and thorough, and a real delight to work with. I highly recommend them for plumbing (havent used their other services, but I expect they meet the same quality standards).

Outstanding performance by OneStop. Robert checked my AC drain line and coil. It was nothing wrong with it but condensation around it. I did clean my ac drain line before I scheduled OneStop but to be positive that everything is fine I requested to check dripping pan to make sure I don’t have standing water, didnt know how to open it. Anyway, I guess my crowing space will need additional equipment for next season – dehumidifier . I am very grateful for not charging me for very quick service. This was my 4th service with OneStop. The other place I called did not want to do this, but Michael was confident he could cut into the drywall to run the new wire with minimal issues. He did the work in 2 hours at a much more reasonable price, and everything was quality work.

One Stop even assisted in obtaining an HVAC installation permit from the city.If something goes wrong with the installation, One Stop Pro will quickly correct it and fix the issue. Called to have the furnace & AC replaced at my mom’s house. Rob came out to evaluate the current equipment and suggested smart replacements, keeping the situation & cost in mind. Luckily, before we left the basement he did quick review of the water heater & overall plumbing. He found a crack in part of the old metal line to the sewer. I suppose he knew right away by the odor, while I thought it was because the house is just old. He also found a slow drip by the water shut off that needed repair. Had OneStop do it all over the course of 2 days. They did a great job & really cleaned up after themselves. I wasn’t sure what to expect since they had to cut up the old furnace in order to get it up the stairs & out the door. Not to mention removing a section of old pipe to the sewer. I’m happy with the very friendly service, sound suggestions, competitive price, good communication during the entire process, and their overall expertise. Would definitely use them again.

The job eventually turned into a full sewer line replacement, which took 6 days to complete. Will was professional, knowledgeable, and hardworking. He had his crew here each day on time and ready to go. Wills commitment to getting our service restored led to some late hours in chilly temps, which was much appreciated. He also worked with village staff regarding pipe locating, tree removal, etc. The cleanup after the job was was excellent as well. OSP is lucky to have Will and his crew as employees.

I had two great experiences with OneStop. I called them up based on the positive reviews I saw here, and they did not disappoint. We were looking to replace two water heaters with one unit. Robert came on a Friday night and spent a lot of time walking around the basement to think through the best possible options for us. He truly took his time and explained the pros and cons of each option, which was all the more appreciative considering it was a Friday night. The job was completed by Robert, Sam, and others whom I cannot recall their names. However, it was completely timely and at an extremely fair price.I also had OneStop replace an electrical box to fit the needs of the home, as well as figure out some really complicated and old wiring configurations to have light switches work for the lights we wanted.All in all, everyone we met was nice, helpful, explained the issues, and gave fair prices. I plan on calling them first the next time I have a plumbing or electrical issue.

We used OneStop company for the first time. Our sewer pump stopped working and our A/C was giving off a bad smell. The lady who answered the phone and schedule the appointment was very friendly and although she could not get someone out that day, she reassured we’d hear back from the technician on Monday morning and we did. The two technicians arrived on time and quickly were able to diagnose the problem and resolve the issue. The plumbing technician (Joshua) installed the new pump in 25 minutes, and left everything clean. The a/c technician (Robert)was very thorough in explaining everything and walking is through the steps of finding the issue. He was very knowledgeable and educated us on how to maintain our a/c running efficiently. Overall, we were overly impressed with the company, and their smooth process. Will be recommending them to family and friends!

Alex and team was Professional and respectful of my home during the entire process.I had lost hot-water on a Thursday night and was unable to restart my old heater. On Friday morning, my old hot-water heater was also leaking on the basement floor - sufficient enough for a wet stain to cross the room to drain.I used one-of the online business review sites to submit my hot-water heater repair-or-replace request-for-proposal (RFQ) to OneStop - the business review site also submitted my RFQ to other local plumbers. I submitted photos and additional information to OneStop and one-or-two additional companies that responded to my RFQ. I have previously used OneStop for both a (natural) gas leak and plumbing repairs. OneStop is (relatively) local and I was happy with the prior service. I chose OneStop because of their previous performance, timely response to my RFQ, proposed equipment / warranty - and they had the best price of those that responded.This review was submitted two-days after installation - no leaks or post-install surprises!

Onestop Pros are awesome! Ive been using them since I moved to the Wheaton/Winfield area a few years ago and theyve always exceeded my expectations. The most recent visit with Robert was very efficient and thorough with installing my new smart thermostat as well as servicing my A/C unit. He even took the time to clean it out since he noticed the filters were dirty and tested for a gas leak around my furnace since he thought he smelled gas. My previous visit with Robert was memorable because he jumped at the chance to help repair a dry vent that was dislodged during installation of my new dryer earlier that day. My furnace stopped working on Saturday morning. I called OneStop and Robert was able to visit me that afternoon and perform a free diagnostic. The part needed to repair wasnt available that day, so I made an appointment for Monday morning. It was actually very fortuitous for me that this was the arrangement, as my kitchen sink backed up badly over the weekend. I called OneStop early Monday morning before their appointment for the furnace, and they were able to arrange that same day to fix my plumbing issue. They work quick and leave the place immaculate. For my plumbing issue, they had to take out all the backs of my kitchen cabinets. When they left, it was perfectly put back together and not a trace of their presence except for the successfully unclogged sink. They fixed all my problems promptly and with minimal fuss. Professional and nice. I recommend them.

This company is awesome! I needed someone to come out to our house to unplug our toilet in a timely manner, as we have three people in the house and only one toilet. I comparison shopped a few different plumbers, including the company that service my air conditioner and furnace yearly. OneStop Pro Plumbing gave us the best price by far and they were out to our house in 2 hours. Will and another plumber (cant remember his name) were both clean cut and polite. OneStop Pro was absolutely wonderful! My a/c had been broken all summer and Dan, the owner, came out within hours of me calling him. He was able to fix it and I was so happy that I had a/c. I have never had to pay for getting an a/c fixed but it seemed very reasonable.Later that week, my a/c broke. Dan came out immediately and was able to diagnose the problem. They kindly drove 3 hours to get a part for my a/c and worked on it for most of the day. Will was just as kind as Dan. Together, they were able to fix my a/c. I bought a house that only had two window units for AC. We knew when we purchased the house that we would want to add AC right away, so I reached out to multiple companies to come out and put together a plan/quote. I chose OneStop for a few different reasons, but the biggest reason we went with them was that we just trusted Dan more than any other professional who met with us. It wasnt that we didnt like the other professionals; we simply got the best feeling from Dan, and our gut feeling would be validated during the installation process (read further).OneStops appraisal was competitive relative to the other quotes we received, they were recommending a similar system but would be less intrusive in their installation of everything, and they were able to get us scheduled right away, which was incredibly nice since we bought the house at the beginning of the summer. They completed their work in a timely manner and explained every aspect of the job from beginning to end.While everything with OneStop was great, there was one moment that stood out as the reason we would go with Dan and his team again if we had to do it all over. Part of the installation took a bit longer than they had anticipated. It was Friday, and the heat index had been well over 100 degrees for the entire day. You could tell the team was exhausted as they dripped with sweat in our driveway. Any rational person would have completely understood if they left once the sun was down...it was Friday evening after all. But Dan and his crew did not want to leave until the entire first floor and our bedroom had AC because of the hot forecast for the weekend. They stayed well into the night to get that done for us, and my wife and I were truly appreciative of the extra effort.If you are considering OneStop for any type of project, make the decision easy on yourself and just go with them. After I had a reverse osmosis filter installed under my sink, it began to leak. It was a small leak and wasnt noticed until probably 2-3 weeks after the installation. Robert McDonald from OneStop came out to the house to repair the leak and while fixing the leak he discovered another problem. Because of the way the exhaust vent from my clothes dryer had been installed by the original owner, lint was collecting inside and around the air vents. Robert immediately vacuumed what he could and offered to come back and correct this new problem. He gave me a quote and after checking with other people I found it to be very reasonable, so l gave the go ahead on the air vent/dryer exhaust repair. He completed this new job to my COMPLETE satisfaction. Robert was professional, courteous and never tried to pressure me into any decisions. I am very happy with OneStop and Robert McDonald. I would not hesitate to have him work on any future repairs in my home.

I initially contacted OneStop Pro on a Friday night around 9pm about a plumbing backup. I got a call back from Robert who told me his guys were tied up all night but if I cant find anybody else they could be there first thing in the morning. He then called me back 15 minutes or so later and said he forgot to mention that whoever I do get out there make sure they put a camera down the line and not just rod it because whether I use his company or not he wants me to be sure Im not going to continue having problems. This took me by surprise, after he said he couldnt take the job he still reached out to make sure it was going to be done right. Another company came out rodded and cameraed the line and found damaged pipes and wanted over $12000 to fix it. Given my initial experience I called Robert back to have him come out and give his opinion. He came out put his own camera down the pipe and agreed that it had to be replaced but said their price was crazy and quoted about 4000 less. I asked a bunch of questions and a bunch of what ifs and Robert said My price is my price, if anything happens its on me. I nervously signed the contract and due to some village issues he had to have guys out here a few more times before breaking ground and never charged a cent extra. When the work was actually done the crew were absolute professionals, I had no worries about them working at my house with just my wife and young son home. There were extra repairs done, fixed a previous improper repair to the clean water line and ended up having to replace about 12 feet of sidewalk. Robert had communicated to me along the way that he wasnt happy about the village and sidewalk issue but when everything was done and he came to collect, it was the exact amount to the penny that we had agreed upon. Its rare to find any tradesmen that have integrity and care about their customers and Robert is definitely one of the good ones, even if he does run a little late sometimes.

I had a very old HVAC system in my home (17 years old) and my whole house humidifier died. I received multiple quotes from companies to replace the humidifier and the whole HVAC system. I also wanted to upgrade from a standard 80% efficiency furnace to a high efficiency furnace which added complication since I needed to have PVC intake and exhaust pipes installed to enable this upgrade. Robert from OneStop Pro was the only contractor who took a look at all options to make the install happen. The other companies told me I had to tear up walls and ceilings to install the PVC pipes and that it would be a very high cost (not to mention separate dry wall repair afterward which isnt desirable in the time of COVID-19). Rob looked at that option and also asked to see the garage. He then said we could do the work in the garage which would cause no repair work and cost less. He was the only contractor to think of exploring this option. Rob was also very honest about his assessment and looked to find the best value and cost/benefit for us. I could tell he was experienced and knew what he was talking about, so I decided to go with OneStop Pro for the work.Rob and his team worked very quickly to install the systems. They wore masks when around people in the house (which was very brief), had an air purifier with them, and were fine with the doors/windows open during the install. They made every effort to not have contact with the members of my household due to COVID concerns. They also answered questions I had during the work and took time to explain the technical details.I feel they took the time to do the install correctly and stayed longer to ensure the system was working properly.This company is very competent, knowledgeable, and professional. They also have a full time office manager, Matt, who answers your phone calls and questions. The appointments are confirmed immediately via email and text and when the crew is enroute to your job, you receive a text notifying you.A final plus is that they install Trane products for the AC and furnace. While doing my research, I learned that Trane and American Standard (owned by the same the company and they share some of the same models) are two of the best brands to have.I have been very happy with the experience and their work.

I woke up at 5:30 AM on Monday to my hot water heater leaking and the water coming through the ceiling of my kitchen. I had used OneStop Pro before for a new HVAC system last year and fixing a diverter problem in my showers earlier this year, so I immediately called them. Within 15 minutes I got a call asking my situation and that they would send someone soon. They came over and assessed the issues, and gave me a good estimate, and then immediately had the people needed to deal with the hot water heater, the necessary electrical work, and repairing the kitchen ceiling. The repairs to my kitchen ceiling took a few days, and they were able to work around my very odd work schedule and worked efficiently to get the job done. They were even willing to go to home depot to get the light fixtures I needed replaced if I sent them which ones to get. The ceiling looks great now and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I hired another contractor to snake my house drain line after a backup issue. They told me afterwards that the toilet flange was cracked and needed a plumber to make the repair. That contractor was quite over-priced so I called One Stop Plumber. They were quick to respond, were honest in telling me the toilet flange was fine and didnt need replacement and proceeded to complete the job. I was so impressed with their honesty I added some additional work which they promptly completed at what I thought was a fair price......this was my first experience with OSP but I would definitely hire them again.
