    Excellent work and service. They let me know ahead of time theyd be a little outside the appointment window. Their assessment of the need to replace the (more than 10 years old) water heater was fair and honest.     Have been using Ferrari since I bought my first house in 2014. Now we are on to our second house which needs some help. The Ferrari Crew came out promptly and fixed our Ejector pit and the piping going into and out of it as well as our 25 year old water heater which looked ready to die.     We presented Wes from Ferrari Plumbing with several challenging issues: 1) a second floor laundry drain that runs above the ceiling of the first floor that was backing up into the furnace condensation drain hole and into the second floor furnace room. The solution included separating the laundry drain and condensation drain and then having them join again several feet later; 2) a hard to get at 2nd floor shower drain that had a cut in the P trap; and 3) a vent that opened halfway up an inside wall. All three issues were solved very creatively, efficiently and with great skill by Wes. Had these issues not been solved and expertly reconfigured, we would have had a very serious problem. We are very happy with Ferrari Plumbing.

    At 1:30 a.m. two weeks ago, I discovered my electric water heater was leaking. Even more worrisome was the heater being in a utility closet off my 1st floor bathroom. My biggest fear was the bathroom floor being covered with water and the damage that would result. I called Ferrari Plumbing early the next morning.The office manager calmed me down, put me on hold, and checked with their plumbing supplier only to discover they had just one electric heater left in stock. She alertly put a hold on that last unit, thus sparing me from several days without hot water. She then told me Wes could stop by later that morning. She was awesome!What confronted Mr. Ferrari when he arrived was a leaking, incorrectly-sized heater that another plumber (from another company) had years ago shoehorned into that closet, mangling the pipework in the process. So he not only had to replace the leaking heater, but also had to rebuild the pipes to their proper configuration. It was hard and tedious work in a very cramped space, but Mr. Ferrari soldiered on like the craftsman he is. The finished installation looks great, is working perfectly, and is properly configured.Wes Ferrari has been my plumber for several years now and has never given me a reason to call anyone else.     Ferrari was great. I called when our faucet needed to be replaced in the kitchen. They sent someone out same-day, only a few hours after calling. They gave a courtesy call to let me know when they were on their way and arrived early. Linda at the office was very nice and prompt in calling back. Our serviceman was great, introduced himself and evaluated our problem and made recommendations. He did not try to sell us anything or do more work than was needed. We had purchased a faucet already and he said it was no problem he would install what we had purchased and even asked our preference on the placement of the new faucet. He worked quickly and even asked if I would like to clean off the sink after removing the old sink before he placed the new one-I thought this was very nice as we would not have access to clean this again once he covered it up with the new plate. Before leaving he had me test everything to make sure it was satisfactory and was very friendly and professional throughout the service. I would highly recommend them!

    Ferrari Plumbing sent Wes to replace our sump pump. He arrived quickly, seemed quite competent and was very friendly. The work was completed in a timely manner and everything seems to work just fine. It was a pleasure dealing with him.

He’s always able to come right away and he always does a fantastic job. Courteous professional with all the expertise you’d expect Prompt service. Always does excellent work.
