    Sunday morning I had a very unexpected (not that you ever expect it) sewage back up in my unfinished basement and I needed someone to come out immediately as my wife is pregnant (and due this week!) and thus this became an extra detrimental health issue for more than the standard reasons of E-Coli is bad for everyone, but extra bad for at-risk groups (like a pregnant lady and an infant). So, her mom came down and they went out for the day to be away from breathing distance to this stuff. I reached out to my insurance who didnt answer as it was a Sunday and then googled anyone in the area to help me, I scrolled through some poorly reviewed ones on Google and Yelp then saw Roto-Rooter pop up. I had not heard anything bad about them before from friends or co-workers, so I figured it couldnt hurt. Within an hour someone was at the house and was able to unblock the clog and within another hour after that, the Water Restoration people showed up and by 9 PM EST they were finished removing the damaged items, cleaning, sanitizing, and setting up the dehumidifiers, some air cleaner thing, and another box I forgot what they told me it was. The next day they were able to send someone out to begin work on replacing the drains, installing some kind of trap thing for the drains, and a ventilation system. That same day the previous crew showed up to collect their equipment and let the second guy begin doing his part. Tuesday morning he shows back up to finish the remaining work and by 2 PM EST he is completely finished and packed up to leave. So, from around 11 AM on Sunday to 2 PM on Tuesday they were able to get to the house and perform 3 separate tasks/projects. The gentleman who came out Sunday in between the plumbing guy and the restoration people was able to handle all the paperwork and work/is working with my insurance for what all will be covered. Beyond the whole unexpected financial obstacle (thats what emergency funds and supportive families have been a blessing for), they were able to turn a panicked nightmare into a very, very manageable situation. Beyond pointing out where things were in the basement and doing some minor movement of items not affected by the contamination, I didnt need to do anything strenuous and they took care of it all. In a matter of 2 days, I went from Oh, yeah I have heard of them and occasionally see their trucks on 28. to Wow, these people are a lifesaver and worth every freakin cent! I am beyond grateful for them right now and if anything comes up where I may need them again in the future, it is without question I will be calling them first!. So, yeah, 5 out of 5 stars or whatever the rating system is. 10/10 would use again!

    They always deliver. I am extremely happy with Corey and Brads service. Corey was very polite. He even asked if I wanted him to walk on my rug or not with his boots on.     Great service. I was able to schedule an appt online and an hour later I got a call that there was availability in 45 minutes if I wanted to have service done now. Our service-person (I think his name was Corey) was on time and very professional. It was last minute on a Friday night and he made it feel like we were the first house on his list. He even gave us advice on how to proceed if any of our things got ruined. Emergencies like this are never cheap, but Roto-rooter was fair with pricing, especially when they came out at 9p.m. on a Friday. Highly recommend

    Corey was great!! He was very nice, professional and efficient. I loved how conscientious he was in keeping my house clean. He wore booties over his shoes and wiped up the floor when he was done.     I had a slow leak in a pipe down in the basement while my husband was away. I had a gentleman from this company come out. Very nice. He looked at the problem and was super honest with me saying that if they fix it the cost would be a little pricey. But if my husband could fix it, the part was only 6 dollars! He even got on the phone with my husband and explained what he needed to get and how to fix it. He said to put a tote down to catch the water and keep an eye on it until my husband got home. I appreciated his honesty. It was pretty late in the evening when he got there too and there was no charge. I will definitely be calling them again!

    KENNITA Howard was wonderful. She explained everything she was going to do and if that didn’t work she explained the next course of action. She was up front with the price of service.     Great experience using Roto Rooter for a shower issue. My water would only go to extreme temperatures with no middle ground. Kennitta Howard was assigned to the job and was super friendly, professional, and gave me two repair options to choose from, making it clear that the cheaper option would work just fine and not trying to sell me on the more expensive path. I felt she was a very trustworthy source for information and was very quick and efficient. Issue was resolved and she even gave me a product recommendation for another rust issue I was having, unrelated to this case. I recommend asking for her specifically for plumbing/shower issues. I plan to do so in the future when needed!

    We had our water heater fail and it was spraying water everywhere on Sunday. We called rotor rooter and they quickly had someone out to inspect the issue and give a free estimate. Other places we’d called (McVay Plumbing) wanted hundreds just to come out to look on a Sunday. We did end up choosing to have Rotor Rooter replace and install the water heater in our home. The tech was very nice and professional. He explained everything that he was doing during the entire process.

    My technician, Jermaine Anderson, was incredible. He showed up, assessed the issue, and got to work right away. Jermaine explained the process thoroughly with each step while explaining what needed to be done and why. He also advised of future items that may be needed, but didnt pressure me to add services on or try to pad the bill. I wish I had called Jermaine when my exterior sewer line needed replaced. But Ill be damn sure to contact him in the future for anything my house needs. Well done, Jermaine !!

    This is the 3rd time the company has helped me with plumbing issues. This time it was a leaking pipe in the kitchen ceiling. Ken was very nice and honest about what he found and let me know step by step what he needed to do and tried his best to minimize the cutting into my ceiling. While initially searching for the source of the leak he discovered another soon to be issue with my bathtub drain. Someone had done a temporary repair on that drain and it’s been like that for many years without me knowing. There was absolutely no pressure put on me to have the company fix that too but he just wanted me to know so I could avoid a potential future leak. So thanks to Kens knowledge and honesty I can avoid a drain problem too. I would recommend this company for pipe leaks or sewer line clogs as that is what they helped me with in the past.

    They came out to my home less than 3 hours after I had a large sewage backup. They took care of the issue and even helped me work with my homeowners insurance to put in a claim for the damage done by the backup. Definitely recommend. Feels kind of expensive but the service was amazing no issues. Also a warranty for 6 months if it returns.     Jonathan was excellent. He knew what the problem was with my hot water tank. Since I got my tank 3 years ago from Roto Rooter, he didnt charge me for warranted parts, and installed a pressure regulatot valve which I didnt have. No other plumber ever told me about the pressure regulator valve and I have had alot of plumbers in my house. I will use his plumbing services in the future if they are needed.

    A servicer came shortly after I called (3 or so hours) and was very polite and knowledgeable about the job. The answer to our problem was unclear, but he was very patient and thorough about figuring out the cause. He explained everything he was doing during the job and made it clear what had to happen and why. I ended up learning a few things about water pressure and water heaters a long the way. The servicer was CodyTech#339 . Would recommend!

    I had a clogged shower drain. Roto-Rooter was able to come out the same day to service my shower. Jermaine and Carlos were very friendly and knowledgeable. It turned out that I had an old metal stopper stuck in the pipe but the guys were able to get that out too. I would definitely recommend them to a friend

    We had an issue with our tankless water heater. The first technician who came out was a bit inexperienced, so he left us with a leak. No big deal, it happens. Within just a couple days the company sent out new technicians to fix what the first technician couldn’t; and, I got a phone call informing they’d be refunding me the money I had paid! Mistakes are part of life, but it’s how a company deals with them that makes a difference. I really appreciated the extra effort.
