    Great experience with Pine Creek. We caught a slow leak in the basement this morning that had been dripping unnoticed in the corner for a few days, and called them about it. It wasn’t a dire emergency, but nevertheless it took less than an hour for Pine Creek to send Josh out and have the problem diagnosed. Josh was very pleasant and suggested some additional work he could get done without being pushy, and the work he suggested was in fact work I expected and was hoping could be added in given where the leak was anyway. He got to work immediately, and less than two hours later he was completely done and cleaned up. All told, the time between my first call to the office to the time the technician was out of the house was less than three hours. I am very happy with the work and extra care Josh put into the repair. The price was also extremely reasonable, particularly given the materials involved and speed at which they addressed my call, and I HIGHLY recommend this company. And, while I hope to not have a plumbing emergency in the future, they will be my first call if I do.

    These guys are great. I called them to do some maintenance that wasn’t urgent for a business my husband and I recently purchased. They came out within a day, provided their recs and an estimate and scheduled me for the work all in a short period.Then, we actually had a plumbing emergency about two hours after they came for the maintenance visit (completely unrelated), I called them and they came right back out.They text you when they are on their way, they explain the work that needs done, they are friendly, helpful and the end result looks great.I anticipate needing a plumber often with this new business, so we will for sure be using them in the future.

    I feel like I got way more than I paid for. Collin was a true professional and went above and beyond clearing my shower drain that has not worked since I moved here in 2013!! Pine Creek will be my preferred plumber for all future services. Five stars all around!!

    They were able to send someone out the next day to help with our sewage line problem, communication was good, Collin was courteous and professional and willing to answer questions, problem seems solved now, fingers crossed, absolutely no complaints with the service.As an update, we have called Pine Creek Plumbing a few times for various issues and each time they have been courteous and helpful, and their prices are reasonable. We will continue using this company exclusively for all our plumbing needs and I would recommend them over any other plumbers we have worked with, which has been quite a few.

    I called and explained that the drain needed to be snaked. I called at 7:30 and the service guy arrived around 8:40 and the job was completed by 9:20. I am pleased with how fast they were, and if you have an after-hour emergency they will respond quickly.

    I had a clogged floor drain line and some laundry tub drain lines that were corroded and needed replacement. Collin from Pine Creek was dispatched to accomplish the work indicated. Clearing the floor drain went fairly routinely the laundry tub drain lines put up the much expected battle that Collin had advised but that I wanted him to continue with. With the wrong plumber this could have turned into a s--t show very easily but with some improvising excellent workmanship and finesse he was able to remove and replace the corroded drain lines. It would have been easy to rip and tear with this job and create an expensive mess but Collin made a legitimate attempt to keep the job contained and did to just replacing the drain lines. Im a retired commercial aircraft mechanic so after 50 years witnessing and accomplishing work on all kinds of aircraft and home systems there is very little that I havent done myself including what Collin repaired so I feel very qualified to review his work. That ship has sailed for me rolling around on concrete floors under laundry tubs so I was very thankful for Collins workmanship skills. Bottom line if you need qualified fairly priced plumbing work done right I would not hesitate to call Pine Creek Plumbing and I will again.

    I’m dealing with pinhole leaks from hard water. (West View Water, Ross Township) will be pulling out copper and replacing with PEX. They came for an estimate and pointed out some immediate critical work, what could wait and what was ok to leave as-is. Honest. My Critical work was done same day. On the schedule for the rest. Thanks guys. I slept well knowing I wasn’t going to be ripping down another part of my house again!

    After waiting for three days for my old plumber and then having him text me that he couldnt come and to get someone else to fix the leak in the ceiling in my laundry room, I called Pine Creek Plumbing and they came immediately even if it was now on a Sunday morning and the pipe had been leaking for 4 days.     My property management company hired them, but pine creek plumbing was efficient and kind, and answered all my questions respectfully. We had a pipe leak and they came out the same night, and then came back asap after the weekend to fix our shower handle. After repairs, everything was cleaned and put back in its original spot!

    We had a nightmare exterior waterline leak that the city would not cover. Pine Creek is very transparent with costs, understanding of the emotional and physical stress excavations and periods without water can be on a family, and willing to work with insurance and our personal financial situation.     Sam was amazing. He did the job that other plumbing companies refused to do. He got in a difficult spot to cut and replace a leak over our HVAC. He showed me what he did and with what he replaced it with.     I have recently experienced a few water pipe leaks in my older home and have used Pine Creek plumbing to resolve my issues. I cant say enough good things about the owner Jason, Sam and Josh. They respond very quickly to customer calls and do their best to schedule the work. They complete the job quickly and charge a more than fair $ rate for their time....if you try them out you will make them your go to plumber

    Shower drain was leaking on to lower floor ceiling. They opened ceiling and fixed leak by replacing drain trap. Reasonable price, quality workmanship, courteous workers, cleanup good, no complaints. I will use them again when needed.

    Very responsive; got an appointment for next day service. Toilet was repaired well, but I took one star off for our plumber not cleaning the toilet well after service as well as not clamping the chain back onto our new toilet handle. (I only found that out after the toilet did not flush properly later that night. I had to twist/tighten it up myself.)

    The plumber was on time and already knew about our issue. The toilet had been “fixed” two previous times but still leaked. The issue was rapidly identified and fixed.     I had a water leak in a wall with water dripping down into basement. I called at around 8:45 pm on a Saturday evening. Jason answered and was at my house by around 9:00 pm. He located the source of the leak, replaced the section of leaking pipe and charged a fair price for a call out on a Saturday night. I would not hesitate to use Pine Creek Plumbing again.

    I had another plumber replace 3 shutoff valves under my kitchen sink 10 months ago. 2/3 started leaking at the valve inlet.     We had a somewhat difficult project as our hot water tank is located in a small room behind our furnace. My main plumber had done the same job before but wouldnt even return my call. My #2 plumber who had done some work for me stopped by and was unwilling to even take on the job.At Pine Creek, Melissa works the customer service side with clear communication, transparency, integrity and kindness. Scheduling was quite simple and customer-focused. On installation day, Sam showed up on time and we went over the issues. He maintained a positive can-do attitude. Jason (owner) showed up shortly thereafter, also with a positive and friendly attitude. The team went to work removing some humidifier and furnace piping and the cold air return ductwork. Colin showed up promptly with the new tank and they went to work on removal of the old tank and the installation. They protected carpet and flooring properly. Pipe attachment appears professional and all humidifier and piping components were reattached reasonably well. The team cleaned up the place and did a full test on the furnace and humidifier. The job was done in about 2 hours.If your looking for a plumbing partner, Pine Creek is the place to go. They have a positive, friendly attitude, can-do attitude and respect your property while doing a professional job. If your looking for the lowest price, they may not be the plumbing team for you, but if your looking and willing to pay for VALUE as described above, theyre awesome. Ive found a new plumbing team.     Kaleb was my plumber and he was an absolute gem. Not only was he punctual, but he was knowledgeable and inclusive. He took the time to explain what was going on, why it was going, and what he was going to do to fix it. He is well spoken, and an absolute gentleman. He even befriended my little 5lbs Yorkie, whose a bit over protective to say the least. After addressing my situation he then went over to my tenants house and went above and beyond to repair her faucet. This one visit has now put me in a position of power and ownership with both of my properties, I trust that i was given honest and accurate information about my situations and I now know what has to be done in order to get both of our bathrooms back to 100%.     Fantastic plumbing company. I will definitely be using them again. They were very responsive, prompt, considerate, straight forward, and really worked hard to problem solve a challenging situation with my bathtub plumbing. They didn’t try to talk me into doing anything more than I was comfortable with (unlike another popular plumbing company that we regrettably called first who made frequent insults about my home, talked down to us, tried to sell us a bath remodel, and then didn’t fix the more basic issue but still charged me $90 for his insults after not taking hints that we just wanted him to leave so we could get back to work). I am so glad that I opted to call Pine Creek after this other bad experience. Pine Creek also offered to install an access panel where one should’ve been but didn’t exist before, and when I approved, they were extremely conscientious about making it work around some existing chair rail in my kitchen area, even without me asking them to mind that.     Ive found our plumber! Jason came out to look at our house trap which according to Mr. Rooter was clogged. Jason came out, heard the Mr. Rooter diagnosis and got to work.After camming the vent he confirmed the clog. Brought out the biggest snake Ive seen and powered through the blockage. It took them about a half hour all said and done, but that 30 minutes saved me THOUSANDS.Mr. Rooter was quick, and efficient to address the symptoms but Jason made sure to go above and beyond to correct our issue.

Minus 1 star b/c their prices have started to climb, and their (full) hourly rate is consumed in the first 30 minutes as well. This makes jobs 1.5 times more expensive for the first hour of labor. So basically, what you are charged is significantly higher than the hourly rate advertised.

    We called Pine Creek Plumbing (PCP) on a Tuesday evening and were pleasantly surprised when an actual person answered the phone. We explained to Collin that we were having difficulty shutting off the water valves on our sinks but we needed to have a plumber out the very next day because we were getting new sinks installed (in two days). Collin said he could come out and take a look and he gave us a time frame between 12 and 3.The following day Collin was running behind and Melissa, from the office, called me to let me know. I so appreciated that. So many people do not let you know they will be arriving late but Pine Creek Plumbing is considerate of their customers time. When Collin was on his way he reached out to me and told me when I could expect him.Collin got to my house within 15 minutes of calling me. He came into my house and immediately put on his shoe coverings, another plus for PCP. He checked all four sinks and told me only one sink needed to be fixed. I found Collin to be honest, knowledgeable, and dedicated to the task at hand. I was so impressed with Collin and this plumbing company that I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to hire a reliable and trustworthy plumber. Going forward, I will use PCP and request Collin for future plumbing issues.Edited to add: Well, I didnt expect to be calling PCP so soon, but two days after they came out I needed them, again. The new sinks and drains did not line up with the p-traps, so we were unable to hook them up. My husband called them at 7:00 am, and Josh was here by 12 pm. One of the sinks four sinks needed an adapter, which Josh put in, and the others were attached without needing anything. I was so appreciative of both Josh and Collin for helping us out at the last minute. Seriously, if anyone is looking for a reliable, dependable, and knowledgeable plumber, call Pine Creek Plumbing. You will not be disappointed and you will definitely be glad you did!
