I cant say enough good things about this company and their tech Jessie!!!! They arrived on time for one and couldnt have been more knowledgeable. Jessie was so professional! So nice! and was more than helpful. I was so impressed by how patient he was- the pipes were totally frozen with several cracked pipes ~ it was a big job and was really cold out- he worked for over 5hrs with no complaints and was able to solve the issue which could have been a major disaster . The same thing happened to my neighbor and another crew showed up from Total Comfort to help her - I did not get thier names but they were equally as nice and knowledgeable. I am a realtor and have used many companies to repair HVAC units with various issues- I guarantee none were as good as these guys! I highly recommend them!!!! You wont be disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A huge thank you to Jessie and Total Comfort for a job well done!!!!!!!!!!!!

Total Comfort did an amazing job installing our new tankless water heater. Our old heater started leaking the day after Christmas. We called them during the holidays and they came the next day. Glenn and Harry were great, they answered all our questions on the best tank, recommended a water filtration system, fixed our water pressure, and cleaned everything up when the job was done. I will be using them for all our plumbing services.

After getting quotes from a few other companies, Total Comfort came to my home to inspect a problem with leaking pipes attached to my boiler. Glenn took his time to explain what caused the issue, and gave me options on how it can be fixed. The cost was reasonable, and both Glenn and Harry worked hard to get the job done on the same day. Im happy with their service and Total Comfort will be my first call whenever I have heating / cooling / plumbing issues. Thanks guys, Happy Holidays!

Total Comfort Service is one of the best A/C companies i have ever used. I called them as a stranger at 6 PM on a Sunday night. The answering service answered the call. I explained my emergency to them . Within 10 minutes the owner of the company responded. We talked over the situation and made arrangements to have a service technician meet someone at my home the next morning. They were early for the appointment. They stayed on the job and we needed a part not related to the A/C so they had someone go to Home depot to get that part. They completed the entire project that day my heat was on.The invoice was more than reasonable. I do not believe you can find a better company

Ive had Total Comfort service my Lennox heating system a couple of times now. They are great to deal with. The service tech explains everything and doesnt BS if hes not sure about something.In the past, for service, I used the company that the previous homeowner had hired to install the system. They were horrible and way overpriced. I wont name them here. They would constantly trying to upsell me on something.Total comfort offered me a maintenance plan when they came for service the first time. I declined, and they havent tried to push it on me again. Would absolutely use them for any other service needs in the future.

Then came install day and four very professional and knowledgeable personnel showed up. I want to thank Richie, Sebastian, David and Kyle. I cannot be happier with my experience with this company. Its a long story to explain the nuance of my situation so Ill just stick to how amazing they handled my issue throughout. From the get go, they obviously stood apart from the other companies Ive had to deal with. Their dispatch is phenomenal. Dillion fielded my initial call, made a quick profile, asked me the issue, and setup the appointment all within 5 minutes. He listened, was concise with his statements and made the process kick off very easily for me. I got email confirmation immediately plus a text message the day before confirming the upcoming appointment. Day of appointment you get a text that your tech is on the way. Every step of the way it was communicated to me exactly who was coming and when. I loved that.Glenn came for the initial diagnosis. To my relief, he was the first person Ive had look at my system that actually knew what he was looking at (A high efficiency wall mounted boiler and radiant heat). He spent hours trying to figure out the issue. Checked electrical, mechanical, sensors. I appreciated his level of detail because I could tell he knew his job and which protocols to follow to try and isolate the potential problem(s). Once he determined the system was old and had been breaking down, a new unit was the best path. Rob, the General Manager, came through to confirm and we made the plans to go ahead with the installation. Rob spent a few minutes echoing a lot of what Glenn said as well as giving me a detailed history of the type of installation I have. His explanation really just cemented the fact that this company has experience and they know what theyre doing.They were able to expedite my installation and began the very next day. Rich, Kyle, and Glenn were my installers for my new unit plus a water softener system and they could not have been better. The unit I had was an older Buderus so there were certain things that were different about my system they had to kind of reverse engineer what the original installers did to get it to work with the new HE unit. I heard them collaborate a lot and bounce ideas and solutions off one another and seemed to tackle each step methodically and intelligently. Rich, Glenn, and Kyle demonstrated expertise, knowledge, passion and professionalism throughout the entire process. Rob even came through at another point during the installation to help out with a few things. They installed my new unit and incorporated it into my existing system flawlessly and I cannot be happier. They were polite and answered all of my questions. They worked neat and cleaned everything up, you wouldnt have even known they were there. I have a service contract with them now and I have an overwhelming feeling of relaxation knowing they can help me with any of my HVAC needs.

I had 2 separate issues taken care of. I had the valve to the refrigerator line go bad and would not shut off. It was fixed and retraced to the fridge. Also had another pipe that was separated due to freezing. Pipe was reconnect and valve changed. I was extremely happy with the technician Luis. Professional and friendly. I signed up for the service contract. Would recommend.

Total Comfort set the standard, top notch professionalism! I have to admit they set the bar incredibly high. I called Total Comfort about issues with my boiler, and they sent Glenn the steam boiler gladiator. Not only did he resolve my issue; but he was extremely detailed and made sure I understood every component of the boiler system. This is definitely the level of service all service providers need to achieve. Glenn walked me through the Ins and outs, the dos and donts, and even best practices. You are informed via text/email about the upcoming appointment, and they follow-up with an email detailing what they did and what the issue was.Secondly, this is at least the 6th company we had to engage and they were able to perform all the tests to get to the bottom line, including understanding the Ecobee App and the HVAC unit. Previous companies did not understand the issues well.Very happy with their work approach and knowledge.Keep up the good work!!

Robert was the salesman who we dealt with initially and he was very knowledgeable and after doing our research we knew he was truthful and honest. My experience with Total Comfort Services could not have gone any better. Dan the service technician who came to trouble shoot our HVAC system (due to not cooling) was absolutely fantastic. He was a master of his craft. He took the time to educated me on the system in my home which is as a homeowner you want because often time you’re in the shadow regarding the many different systems that keep your home in good shape. He looked at all the components involved in the HVAC system to make sure they’re in good shape while diagnosing the issue. He was able find the culprit (bad capacitor at the condensing unit). After replacing it, Dan checked on the refrigerants levels to make sure everything was at the proper levels and all was working as it should. I would definitely recommend Total Comfort Services if you are seeking help with certain home issues. Thank you Dan for all your help, we really appreciated it.

Can not say “Thank You” enough to the TCS Team for their quick response and help to the emergency situation with our Hot Water system, which was found during the install of our new heating and a/c system. Rob once again saw what needed to be done and got a Team to our house first thing this morning for the install of a new tankless system. Glenn arrived at 8:30 AM and worked 12 straight hours, helped by David, to get us a working system in one day. The expertise, skill, dedication and hard work of Glenn and David can not be stressed enough. We will never have a problem recommending Total Comfort. Their professionalism, work ethic and expertise are the best I have encountered in all my years of dealing with service companies.Another great experience with TCS. This was our first scheduled maintenance check and it went off without any issues. Hunter was on time, professional and courteous. I contacted Total Comfort to address error codes popping up on my Navien tankless water heater. As I still had hot water, I was scheduled for the next day. Jude and a trainee came to the house earlier than scheduled and spent time isolating the potential issue. Jude addressed many of my questions with expertise. I also listened to how detailed he was in explaining my system to the trainee. Jude is definitely a qualified technician who knows what he is doing. After obtaining 2 quotes to replace my entire HVAC system, I settled on Total Comfort. This company was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. Rob, Roger and the install team were wonderful as was the office staff. Rob is the business end. I found him to be very knowledgeable and above all patient. I had many decisions to make and he was attentive and accommodating with my questions. I was taking advantage of the 0% financing offer through PSE&G. Rob was highly familiar with it and ensured all estimates I received for various units qualified for it. Each estimate was itemized with costs, rebates, etc. Federal tax credit information for each was included as well. Total Comfort even took care of the necessary permits. The install team was great. They were efficient, respectful, clean and on time. I received notification texts along the way as to their arrival and name of the tech. After install, Rob was back and spent an hour with me explaining the use of the new system and tagging all important valves related to the work and on other systems in my house as well. They are now calling to come back to conduct a quality control check of the system and install. Overall, I am highly satisfied with this company and will be continuing to use their services

After countless visits from PENG, they informed me that I needed to contact a plumber in order to fix my boiler, but noted that a lot of plumbers don’t work on the specific one I have since it’s a high efficiency boiler and most people don’t know what they’re doing. I asked for suggestions on a Facebook group and was recommended total comfort. The woman on the phone was extremely kind and booked the appointment for me at my convenience. The two technicians that arrived were extremely professional, and I was amazed at how knowledgeable they both were. They pointed things out that I didn’t even know existed in my house Such as the heating in the garage that I never even knew we had. They won as far as marking the radiant heating for me in case I needed to turn it off. Their prices were also reasonable and you could tell that they weren’t trying to rip you off. They installed a new handheld shower faucet, reseated the toilet which had moved due to a rusted out bolt, replaced part of the sink trap without breaking any of the old tile (1962 vintage), and replaced the faucet assembly with a unit featuring lever handles insteaad of a single knob. It all went smoothly. They cleaned up any construction mess and were done. Polite and courteous, both of them, and easy to talk to about this bathrooms problems.. Thanks, Total Comfort. I was in desperate need- my tankless water heater was leaking. Jesse & Daniel we’re at my house in no time and did a great job Installing a brand new system! Not only that but two weeks later I get a call and they want to come in and quality check their work! Glenn came by and spent a good bit of time looking at everything making sure the hot water was hot enough and the heating was working. I really wasn’t expecting any follow up…but how great is that?! I was very impressed with their service.

5 Stars to Total Comfort Services! My AC was making a strange noise. In my mind, Great, need to find a repair company. I googled Lennox authorized repair companies and was given Total Comfort Services name. Oh well, lets give them a try. Great Decision! From the first phone call to the completion of the job, everyone at Total Comfort Services was courteous and professional. My appointment was scheduled for between 12-2. Dan, the technician arrived at 12:20. He listened to my complaint, diagnosed the problem, explained the function of the broken parts, gave options for repairing and most importantly answered all my questions! He was polite and extremely professional. I am very happy now, as I have found my Heating, AC and Plumbing Repair Company and will recommend Total Comfort Services to everyone I know!
