I recently had a great experience dealing with Dr Drip. Our kitchen sink had a severe grease clog during Christmas meal prep and we weren’t able to fix it ourselves. I called Dr Drip the next day and they were able to resolve it quickly and easily.Cristian responded quickly and was professional, courteous, and helpful with advice on preventative maintenance. Our water heater went on a Sat. Nick responded within minutes of my inquiry. He offered to come out Sat night or even Sunday. I said it could wait til Monday. Nick was in contact all weekend with me. I dont do a lot of reviews but Nick and Christian are the absolute best. Our water heater broke yesterday evening and Nick was here within the hour. By 8am this morning Nick and Christian were already installing a new tank. They gave us a great price and even pitched in to help clean up the water mess from the old tank.I strongly recommend if you have a plumbing emergency call them first! Nick answers the phone himself - no answering service or voicemail.

We have a plumber who usually comes and services our heating units, but he was unable to come for this emergency. We called all over the country trying to find somebody who could come and check on the unit that went down. Dr. Drip was quick to agree and quickly sent somebody to check out the situation, which was way after business hours. When the tech arrived, like magic the heater turned right on, but went off as soon as he left. We called them back and within an hour they came back to fully diagnose the unit. The problem turned out to be a burned out part, which needed a full replacement. The owner of the company personally secured the part and was back the next morning (Christmas Eve). He replaced the part and the heat has been working perfectly ever since.

I recently had Nick and Christian complete a major project at my house, and I cannot express enough how incredible the entire job went from getting an estimate to commissioning my gas line! They made it a stress free project.The job called for 60 feet of gas piping installed, along with a appliance conversion, and I was initially concerned about the complexity and time, especially since a good portion of the work would involve maneuvering through tight crawl spaces. However, Nick and Christian made it seem easy and exceeded all of expectations in every way.First and foremost, their professionalism was evident from the moment they arrived. They came fully prepared, equipped with all the necessary tools, and they quickly reviewed the scope of the project, explaining everything clearly so I knew exactly what to expect. They handled all the permits seamlessly, which was a huge relief as I didn’t have to worry about any of the bureaucratic paperwork. It was obvious that they were very experienced and knowledgeable in their field, and that confidence really put my mind at ease.What truly blew me away was their efficiency. Despite the fact that they were working in difficult crawl spaces, the entire 60-foot gas pipe installation was completed in just one day! Not only that, but they also performed the gas conversion and commissioned the line on the same day. Its nice to meet people that want to work. After chasing my local plumber around for over 3 months, I took matters into my own hands and searched for a plumber on Google. Focusing on the highest reviews, I came across Drip Drain Plumbers who quickly answered the phone and currently had a plumber in my area! I was notified by text that Christian would arrive within the hour. I had a couple of tricky plumbing issues that he managed to find a solution for and went to work. I mentioned 2 other issues and he added them to the list as well. Even though he arrived late in the afternoon, he was happy to stay until all of the work was completed, well after 7pm. His work was excellent, he was very professional, and cleaned up everything for the messy job that it was. Did I pay a little more than my local plumber, probably, but I would prefer the reliable professional service of Dr. Drip to saving a few bucks. I had a leak underneath my sink at around 9:30 pm. Called Nick he assessed the situation with me over the phone and showed up to my house an hour later to fix the problem. Only one I trust in the Bergen county area after dealing with plenty of others that weren’t able to help. Will be using him indefinitely.

Drip Drains came out early on New Year’s Day to fix a problem we were having with a drain in our primary bathroom. He was able to get to us within an hour of our calling and fixed the issue quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend calling Drip Drains if you have any issues.
