Just had RALCO finish up installing a Kohler 14kw generator. This company is amazing. Every single employee I dealt with, whether on the phone or at my house, was fantastic. Knowledgeable. Professional. Excellent communication through the entire process. I was left with the impression that they know how to hire and retain the right people.The only negative involves the Kohler app, which is literally useless. Supposedly Kohler is developing a new one. RALCO is certainly well aware of it but was not upfront about it. After installation I tried to discuss the issue with RALCO but was ignored. Eventually somebody gave me a straight answer but it took a lot of effort and frustration to get there. Bottom line: customer service after installation could stand improvement.

My experience with Ralco was that this is a very professional company with exceptional staff and fair pricing .Starting from the very first phone call to Ralco- just for general information on generators, to scheduling ameeting with Matt who came out to see the site, measure and plan out specifics, he gave me alot of information on generators and a price same day . The electricians and gas guys came on time and each explained their process of the set up and left no trace when they left. All scheduled all inspections went fine, all the work was neat and clean.Today was the final start up and walk through with the generator technician. I was taught how to check and add oil, went over warranty, 24 hour on call service, set up phone app and answered any questions I had.I am very pleased with Ralco electric and would reccomend them 100%.Barbara Kingston

Just a quick note to Thank You for your attention to my issue and for the way you handled it (honestly didn’t expect the outcome I got but very happy) In the beginning I looked for a turnkey company to purchase my generator and you were about the only local company for the job. In retrospect I couldn’t have picked a better company - the sale is one part but the service after is the biggest thing you as a company have to offer.Everyone I have encountered in the organization has been absolutely professional and courteous in every way. You have a fantastic crew up and down the line and I know I couldn’t have done better at all. I congratulate you and all of the personnel I have dealt with to this point ( especially Zach - he is a winner). Technician showed up on time. He was very polite and professional. Quite knowledgeable and went right to work. Got generator started, ran some tests, diagnosed issues while doing scheduled preventative maintenance. Showed me where battery and ground clamp failed. Replaced battery and clamp on ground cable. When all work was done he had everything put back together, cleaned up area, made sure gate was locked. Very happy with Ralco and the work that was done today. I am very happy.

Big thanks to Stacey and Fabio for their help with this emergency call. We were installing a larger window to the home and ran into some wires that needed to be rerouted properly. Ralco showed up that morning and had it resolved by 1:00 so we could install the window and finish the job on time. Thank you!
