I am an alumni of the grading business and Tony is as good as they come. He is an excellent professional, that I reccomend highly.He is a former pipeline superintendent with tons s of experience. He efficiently completes work with his large, late model equipment.Dont waste your money going through a learning curve with rickety rental equipment, call Tony instead!

Tony excavated a section of my asphalt driveway (in Toccoa near the GA/SC border) that had been destroyed by tree roots and prepped it to be repaved. He gave me a fair estimate promptly and even though he ran in to some unexpected issues, he stayed true to his estimate and finished the job beautifully. He was always punctual and his written estimate was clear and specific with no hidden costs. I highly recommend Barefoot Construction

These folks (Anthony and Anne Gutkowski) did a good, quick job, as they promised, all in one day. Very satisfied. Tree cuts, stump removal, topsoil and grass/straw finish. Quick response when I tried to contact them. Found through Angies List. Will use them again for sure if needed.

Our gravel driveway needed regrading and more aggregate. It was 3 years old, about 250 ft long and on a down slope. After doing some research, I decided that I wanted to have asphalt millings used to resurface, since they last a lot longer than crusher run. After checking reviews on Google, I called Barefoot Construction, LLC and Tony came out a couple days later to take measurements. I received a quote from Anne, which was a fair price and I confirmed their service.Anne and Tony did a great job of keeping me updated on the status of my job, as demand and supply chain issues affected the availability of the millings by a couple of days. When they were able to confirm availability, they scheduled my service. Tony arranged the delivery of the millings and regraded my driveway within a day. He did an excellent job grading, spreading, and compacting with his track skid steer and even using a large plate compactor on the edges. Its been about a week, and with the compacting and heat outside, my driveway is almost solid asphalt!I was pleasantly surprised and would highly recommend Barefoot Construction, LLC. They are honest, dependable, and do great work. Also, very important for me, they did an excellent job of keeping me informed on the scheduling of my job! I will definitely be using Barefoot Construction for any future grading or land clearing needs.
