    I highly recommend Drain Services! Kevin came out on a Saturday to look at the issue and started working right away on a Sunday to get it done as quick as they could. They were quick, efficient, polite and explained everything in terms a normal person can understand. Kevin and his crew were very knowledgeable!!

    Kevin came out to my house on an emergency call on a holiday, he was there in half an hour and he diagnosed the problem right and cleared my blockage, he pointed me in the right direction to have it fixed for the long run and provided city officials the information they needed.     I hired Drain Services Inc this past Summer to repair some busted pipes in a commercial building. The heat had been turned off over the winter and they did a good job of finding the damaged pipes and replacing them to ensure we didnt have any water issues. They took the time to explain the issues in person so we understood why the recommendations were being made. Highly recommend their services.

    I can not tell you enough about this guys service. I was thoroughly impressed with the entire process and the unexpected follow up. Last fall the trees plugged my main line to the street several times and needed something done quick. Last October Kevin and his team did the job. They dug up the front yard, did his magic, filled the hole, and made the scene look very nice. The work and team was perfect.I write this because this spring I get a call from Kevin and he asked if the area settled. I said why yes it did. He said he had a truck load of dirt and was going around filling up some of the holes due to settling of the soil. He popped by and filled the hole with some nice dirt and said he is coming back with some seed. Very impressive! He absolutely didnt need to do that. The job he did was great and the follow up a good 6 months later was extremely thoughtful... Highly recommend this guy!!!

    This company is amazing. We had a sewer repair done by another company in town that unbeknownst to us they botched and didnt complete the job properly. We recently had issues again and Kevin was able to find the problem and explain what the other company had done wrong and what it will take to correct the problem. Were going to have to resolve some issues with the other company but we will be hiring these guys to do it the right way. Thank you Kevin for the great work. Highly recommend

    6 months ago we discovered a significant leak in our main drain for our swimming pool. We were losing over 2,000 gallons of water a day. Drain pipe replacement would have caused a nearly complete new pool but Drain Services pipe liner system allowed a repair with no excavation or digging at a significant savings in both time and money. Kevin planned on a one week repair time and that is the only down time that we had...no concrete curing and then paint curing. Our pool was back in action after a week instead of the potential 35 to 40 days required for any other repair option. If you have a pipe leak in any size pipe over 2 inches, I would give them a call. The repair is guaranteed for a lifetime and the first six months are so far good.

    I had a drain tile system not working properly and we had water in our basement. I had another contractor come out (NOT Drain Services) and look around my basement, said yep your drain tile doesnt work we need to jackhammer the entire perimeter of my finished basement and put a whole new system for 11k with me doing ALL of the prep work + whatever it would cost to refinish what was ripped out ( I estimated 20+k for everything fully hired out). Drain Services came out and actually located the failure in the drain tile system and fixed the problem (that was actually on the outside of my house!) for less than 4k and I literally did nothing, but write the check. I would recommend Drain Services to anyone.

    These guys are the sewer & water experts!! I had several plumbers try ripping me off but DSI saved me thousands of dollars and got my underground work done without digging! Ive since used them several more times and recommended them to several other people who have had great experiences!

    I recently had the unfortunate experience of hiring an unethical, yet well-known, plumbing company that did not care that their customer was dissatisfied. When Kevin from DSI learned of my experience he contacted me and offered to help. The solution was simple and he took care of it without any additional stress for me. DSIs work is excellent, timely and professional. When I have someone coming into my home, I want someone I can trust. DSI will be first on my list from here on out!

    I’ve been experiencing sewer back up from trees roots for almost 20 years. Every year I have to call a plumber to “clear” the roots out.After seeing these guys on TV talking about FREE sewer inspections, I chose to take advantage of the service.Kevin and one of his technicians (Tyler I believe) ran a fancy camera through my sewer and showed me why my sewer was backing up every year — the drain “cleaners” had only been poking a tiny hole through root balls that Kevin said were almost the size of a volleyball! I was in shock on multiple levels, but Kevin assured me he could prevent this from happening ever again.I signed up for a trenchless pipe liner to be installed from my basement pipe access to the sewer main under the street which will ironically allow me to keep my beautiful boulevard trees! I can’t wait to have this headache behind me.Thank you Drain Services Inc!

    I called Kevin and described my situation and he had a camera underground with a diagnosis and a series of options with prices in under 2 hours! Along the way, we discussed some other problems and future plans with my wash room, a laundry sink and floor drains which were all added with almost no extra cost to the original quote! Very prompt, professional service!

    We called DSI in a panic, when we learned our brand new home, less than 6 months old, had a broken sewer line, due to our previous contractors workmanship. We didnt want to tear out our brand new concrete/stone porch and knew we wanted a trenchless repair. Kevin laid out a plan and installed a brand new, worry free, sewer line right away. He also prompted us on another serious problem area he found when running a camera, which would have lead to us tearing up our new sidewalk; Kevin repaired with a pipe liner and avoided the sidewalk being dug out. He also repaired that area in no time. Would definitely recommend Kevin/DSI to anyone.
