    I had Precision fix a leaky shower drain and service my furnace. I talked to all the techs that showed up to perform the work. They were extremely competent, professional, and friendly. I was charged a very competitive rate and treated fairly. I would strongly recommend them.

    We have had a very mild Winter. Of course on a snow day our furnace goes out. Joe came to our house by 9AM, he replaced the motor and the furnace was working great. Off to work I go. When I came home it was chilly in the house. I went to the thermostat and it was weird. Called again and Devin came out. He replaced the broken thermostat, when it rains, it pours. Both of these guys were extremely professional. Joe lives out of town and came in on a crappy weather day and Devin came after 5. We appreciate you guys. KUDOS to both of you! Once again Precision came through for us. Highly recommend.

    Awesome customer service and technicians! Furnace went out yesterday morning and several other places I called indicated they would not get to me until next week sometime as we live about 30 miles out of town. Called Precision and they were able to get someone out to me the same day to diagnose what was wrong. Unfortunately they did not have the part needed to fix on the spot, but were able to locate the part and come back out the next day to get the furnace up and running today which was fine as we had off-peak electric backup heat to keep the house decent enough.

    Precision went above and beyond my expectations. The toilet leaked after installation, and Precision came back. They found out the toilet bowl was defective. The plumber they sent took the time to return the bowl to the dealer, fill out the necessary paper work at the dealer, bring back a new bowl and install it. He then spent additional time testing the new bowl over and over to make sure it did not leak. We have always used Precision for our plumbing and heating needs and will continue to do so.

    My A/C stopped blowing cold air. I called on a hot day, when most A/C repair companies could not make a service call for a couple days, or would charge a premium for immediate service.Precision fixed my A/C one hour after I called them! And the total bill was $129 (the malfunctioning part was a cheap one, but still, thats amazing).

    Sometimes when you buy an older house things come up you dont always know much about. Well that happened to me and after wondering around to store after store finding no one who really could help me...I called an electrician. They were able to give me accurate information over the phone and helped me to make an informative decision. Now I have hot water again! Thanks Randy! If I ever need in home help, Im calling these guys.
