    Matthew and AJ were some of the friendliest, most respectful service professionals I have ever dealt with.     There are many reasons why The Plumbing Knight is the highest rated plumbing business in the area. They are polite, prompt, professional and very transparent. We has them install a new toilet and they recommended we return for a refund a couple of pieces which we bought separately. By only using their products, the entire toilet to inc the seal and parts are fully guaranteed under their warranty. We will 100% use The Plumbing Knight again for any future repairs or service in our home.

    Matthew and AJ came to look at my grandmother’s toilet that was backed up and fixed the issue very quickly and did great work. They arrived very shortly after we called, fixed the issue right away, and were professional and personable. The price for the service was more than fair, as well. Matthew offered to inspect my grandmother’s crawl space at the end of the service and we took him up on it.     I installed a new dishwasher at my house and afterwards had water pressure drop at the kitchen sink.They came out the day i called and found debris in the faucet head that they removed for free.Since they were out I had them do a quick site survey, and the techs helped me find some potential trouble spots in my homes plumbing. Including my two water heaters that were both over 13 years old.Got them swapped out, got new quarter turn shut off valves installed in a few areas inside, and they installed a whole home sediment filter system.I needed to get the hot water temp adjusted after they left, and they came right back that same day to adjust it.The guys were great.     Another Great Experience With The Plumbing KnightsIve been using The Plumbing Knights for 15+ years. They plumbed the addition I added on to my house, plumbed my attic with two bathtubs and a bidet (you read that correctly), replaced the trunk in my septic, and have done the usual replacements and repairs in my bathroom.I received a notice from the water department letting me know I had a leak causing me to waste two gallons of water a minute. So I called The Plumbing Knights who came over at my earliest convenience.I didnt time it, but I dont think they were here for over an hour. They found the leak in no time....in my neighbors yard 😬 .....They fixed the leak, patched up my neighbors yard beautifully, and were on their wayThe Plumbing Knights are Pro Military! If you are military or a senior citizen like me, you can get a discount

The receptionist is very polite and helpful and I had a great service tech named Austin. He was knowledgeable and so nice. He called me at the office and gave me updates on the project. The only issue I had was their price for a new water heater was 2 1/2 times what another company charged.

He even made use of the new parts I had on hand to help effect a speedy repair.This was a good experience for me, since downtime was minimized, and demonstrated outstanding plumbing knowledge.     This past Sunday we found our ancient water heater spraying water all over the crawl space, soaking support beams and everything under there. We turned off house water and reached out to Plumbing Knight, and less than 2 hours later Matthew was here to help us out! Matthew and his partner were incredibly helpful and kind, they ordered a new water heater and temporarily fixed our old one so we would not be out of water. Came back the next day and installed the new one perfectly! Matthew was amazing! He dealt with our emergency situation professionally and quickly and kindly walked us through everything!     Matthew was very efficient and explained every step of the repair. The pressure problem seemed to be fixed, but he told me what we could do going forward if it was still an issue. They will give you the options based on the assessment and let you choose how to proceed. Their rates run the same as every other unless you have one already selected at a better rate.     Very impressed by the professionalism of this company. Our technician (Austin) was courteous, knowledgeable and worked diligently to address our plumbing issue. What started out as a simple problem (kitchen sink backed up) turned out to be a rather complex problem. The waste water lines were much longer than most houses, and required access via our finished basement.Due to the lines being significantly backed up, there was a bit of a mess created. Austin was very professional and called his service manager (Marcus - I think) to address a grievance that I had about cost. This issue was quickly remediated and they offered to cover the cost of the cleaning fees from the mess that was created. Im especially thankful that they offered to address this in writing on their invoice - a true mark of a professional and fair business in my opinion.Ive worked with other plumbers in the local area and while the costs at Plumbing Knight may be a bit higher (which they openly disclose), their service and professionalism is worth every penny. Highly recommend!

I received confirmations about my appointment everyday, and when the technicians were arriving, to hook up my water softener the right way.     Matthew was amazing and after several trips to our house found the issue and got us repaired. We had a tiny leak in the water line and initially could not find out where it was coming from. He was kind, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. As a young homeowner he taught me a couple things I did not know, and most importantly solved the issue.I give 4 starts instead of 5 bc Matthew was the 2nd plumber we had come out. The first wasnt able to diagnose the issue after 3 hours. Due to the nature of the issue, we also had 4 holes cut in our drywall we will have to fix ourselves, its understandable but an inconvenience worth noting. I dont love paying for an expensive fix like this, but I am happy thankful for the Plumbing Knights professionalism and promptness.If we need their services in the future, I will request Matthew!

    Could not have asked for a better response time and service. My water heater broke down over the weekend. I called Plumbing Knight at 0830 Monday. They arrived at my house at 0850. Matthew D. assessed the situation which was to replace old water heater. This was expected as the broken water heater was 30 years old. By 1230, Matthew had removed old water heater and replaced it with a new one. He also did some minor maintenance on my second water heater. When he was done, he cleaned up the entire area and charged me what he estimated at the start. Very reasonable price and exceptional service. I will not hesitate to call Plumbing Knight in the future if I have any Plumbing issues.

    I had a water filtration system installed a year ago because the sand and sediment in my well water would clog my pipes so bad that about every three months I had to change three different water filters or my water would stop flowing. No water at all to the entire house!I have had no issues since the whole house filtration system has been installed. I don’t have to change filter every three months.     Dependable local plumbing company that I have used for years. They quickly and professionally do the plumbing repairs you request at prices that are normally lower than other plumbers in the area. Thomas and Gabriel replaced a broken waterline valve and installed a separate water hydrant and installed a shutoff valve for it. They did the work quickly and cleaned up their job sites when they finished. The Plumbing Knight guaranteed their parts and labor for five years. The company also connected my house to the county waterline system in 2006 by installing 1/2 mile of 2 PVC pipe, fittings, and shutoff valves along our easement to our house. Their 1/2 mile of installed waterline has not had a single issue (as of today: 6 Jan 2022). Excellent work by professionals. I will definitely call them again to do plumbing repairs!

    My wife and I were upgrading plumbing and getting a heat pump water heater. We went through Duke Power as they were offering a $375 rebate if you use their recommended contractor. This contractor gave an estimate of $5500 for the work. Plumbing Knight did it for $3500 with a top the line Rheem device, charging $2000 less for labor than the Duke contractor would have charged. I am going to have word with Duke about this offer but this shows how fair Plumbing Knight is on charges. PS Thomas did a great job on the water heater and installed a toilet all in less than a day.

    We just moved into our home and sadly lots of unscrupulous businesses try to take advantage.Mr. Rodney came out, polite, honest and very professional.He didn’t try selling something we didn’t need.This will be the second time we’ve called this company, saved money both times.Our lowboy water heater, $1,200 less than prior quote from Blantons and better product.
