I called Blue Moon at 7 am on a Wednesday and received a call back within 5 minutes. I explained that we woke up to no hot water, and Meaghan advised me that they had a full schedule that day, but someone will be at our house by 3 pm. Cain called me at noon, and arrived 5 minutes later to assess the situation. The 18 year old water heater failed and was in a difficult location in the crawlspace. After discussing options, Cain arranged to have 2 of his guys here at 3 pm with a new heater. A couple hours later, they completed removing the old heater and installing the new one. Cain and crew went above and beyond, and for a very reasonable price. I will recommend Blue Moon Plumbing to everyone that needs a plumber.
