When I was trying to combat a potential clog and purchasing the necessary equipment at the local hardware store, I asked who they recommended in the event I couldn’t fix it. They said Premier Plumbing and they were local.Unfortunately, I had to call them after hours for that clog I was trying to fix. There was a technician on call and within minutes of calling the after hours service, he returned my call and made it to the house in a reasonable time.He worked diligently on the issue and after finding some issues that weren’t normal, said he would need to come back the next day. He kept me in the loop with texting, calling, pictures and videos of what the issue was as I wasn’t available in person. He and the other member were able to resolve the issue.However, I was still having a back up from the washer drain. I called the main office and left a message since it was after hours and first thing the next morning I got a call back from Rachel. Sorry if I was difficult, Rachel! They fit me in to come back out, resolved the issue temporarily as the job was bigger than expected and will need to come back out to reroute piping done incorrectly by a previous contractor. Levi and Jeffrey were diligent in finding the issue, trying to resolve it and explaining everything to me as they went along. They genuinely cared about the situation.I recommend this company whole heartedly!

The staff at Premier Plumbing are amazing! They rerouted and repaired an exterior pipe for us. They did a fantastic, timely job. Highly recommend!
