    I’ve used Cook multiple times on new construction builds and home remodels. They are very, very honest and fair priced.Super easy to work withIf something does not need replaced, they are very honest and will tell you that it can be fixed rather than charging you to replace it

    Weve had them out to our home a few times for various things and theyre always fast, cost effective and do the job right. Most recently we had a strange smell coming from one of our bathrooms. We called two plumbers to check it out and the first recommended replacing the entire toilet at a cost of over $1,000. The toilet, and the home, is 8 years old-it wasnt damaged, leaking or in any way in need of replacement. Cooks came out next and not only fixed a minor issue with the toilet (broken pipe in the tank, causing it to run), but replaced a wax seal and made sure it was completely level with the floor, then found the source of the smell, which was in the bathtub drain and not the toilet at all. Dave is a gem-he came out 3 days in a row to try and hunt down the smell and found what we couldnt, despite numerous attempts on our own. He really knows his stuff. Total cost for everything was $260. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone and theyre the only plumbers well use in the future.

    CPC plumbed our new house in 2020. Everything works great! We had a toilet leak in 2024 from a broken bracket. They were able to repair this for us no problems.

    Really happy I went with Cook Plumbing. I called 6 different plumbers and exchanged pictures of a pipe torn off on my tub spout. All of them stated they would need to cut my shower wall or have my water heater removed in order to repair the pipe. Keith from Cook plumbing came out and managed to repair the pipe without having to do any more damage to my home. He was on time, respectful and very easy to work with. They saved me a lot of time and money if I had gone with someone else. Highly recommend their services!

    Cook provided quality plumbing services for a fraction of the cost compared to another popular provider in Des Moines that makes you pay for all their fancy technology. Dave come to our house on time and he was very nice! He did about 7 hours of work and wasnt able to test all of it because we didnt have a faucet at that time. After we installed the faucet, we found a leak in something he replaced so he came back out. He was there for almost 2 hours and didnt charge us anything for the fix. We were SO impressed and grateful! This is a quality company!

    Quentin from Cook Plumbing installed a new bathroom sink/vanity unit for us recently. He arrived on time, was pleasant and helpful, and made quick clean work of the task. On top of all that, the price was right, too. At the office, Jeremy has been very easy to work with to get everything setup & taken care of.

    We called Cook about a toilet issue. They had me send a photo of the parts and said they would be out shortly. Repair was made, also looked at otherfixtures, in and out in 30 minutes. Great job. My son had just used Cook to do a big job, the sewer line to the street, and also very happy with that work.

    Just had our outside faucet repaired. The technician was very knowledgeable and polite (Troy). There was a small billing error that was immediately addressed. Overall, high quality work at a fair price. We would certainly use them again.

    I cant say enough good about Cook plumbing. Ive been using them for several years in a commercial setting for everything from backflow checks to 10 water main breaks. Nights, weekends? doesnt matter! These guys will take care of you. They have some really talented guys working for them. if you have serious plumbing problems this who you call.

    We did experience an issue with this company however as soon as the owner was notified of it it was rectified immediately at no charge. I would recommend this company based on the ownership Scott took in regards to the issue we experienced and his ability to use this opportunity to coach his team.

    Great service! They were able to come over for a few hours work in just a couple days. They fixed a shower that wouldnt shut off fully and a dripping outdoor hose faucet. Both work considerably better now as well. Their hourly rate is quoted before booking so no surprises.
