    Great company. Came last minute and dug up my whole yard up last minute to replace my sewer drain. Best price also and I called atleast 12 people before choosing him. I highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.

    WeCo came to my aide now twice and the second go round it was such a simple job they showed me how to repair it myself on the next go round. They could have charged me for the trip out there but chose not to... they may have lost that trip charge but they gained a loyal customer in me.     WECO ROOTER was fantastic. We went on vacation and came home to a busted water heater. They responded within and hour. They assessed the problem within 2 hours. And Matt had my water heater replaced within 6 hours. Matt was punctual, polite and professional. Lacey keep me informed of Matts arrival time throughout the entire process.     Weco routers came out with in Hours. Fixed the problem very quickly. And matt personality and work was extremely good and I thank Lisa made me feel comfortable with going with them. We actually called someone else. But because Lisa made me feel so Comfortable. I canceled The other people and went with weco. Price was fair and if I need them again will be calling.     Brian the tech was very professional, friendly and personable. His work was top notch. Only complaint is the price was not commensurate with the amount of work performed. Will search for more inexpensive options for any other plumbing issues in the future.

    Brian at WeCo rooter turned our emergency back into a working and safe bathroom. We have had a leak in one of our bathrooms for years but because of money we avoided getting it fixed (dont recommend that). The leak caused havoc to the flooring and by the time we called WeCo that bathroom was no longer safe. We got the quote and STILL waited. Our home had galvanized pipes so any repair meant a full repipe so we still sat and waited until we could do a repair. Two months later though, the floor caved in and our ability to wait was gone. We got multiple quotes to see if we could save anything and lo and behold WeCo was the most affordable. I called and asked them to send the same tech, Brian and as soon as the schedule would allow he got to work and saved our plumbing. By the time he was done it was all safe, updated, and even easier to use than before! Brian had no problem answering questions and helping us understand what was going on. He even answered my questions after the service was done. I would recommend WeCo and Brian to anyone in need.

    They sent Shon out to my house at 12am midnight and he did an excellent job, it was an emergency job that I needed done and he did just that. He was friendly, professional and courteous. He took me through every step he was doing to let me know exactly what was going on and with only 6 months of him being on the job he was able to get more done than a plumber I had with 20 years of experience. I appreciate Weco and Shon and I would definitely use them again! 100/10 I RECOMMEND!!

    Everyone at this company were the most pleasant people to do business with. I needed a new water line put in, the next day a young man came out to give me an estimate and 2 days later Brook and his son Brook Jr dug in the new line and made sure everything was working properly.     Al came to my home and was determined to make sure my toilet was functioning correctly! He cleared my drains and even called the city out as he noticed a bigger problem than just my home plumbing! He was respectful and kind, the cost was a little hefty but for the labour I understand.     I had a septic tank problem. I simply picked this company and hoped for the best. My tech today was L. G. Everything about this company was top notch from the customer service reps to my technician. LG was knowledgeable and efficient. He kept me informed about everything that needed to be done. He even called the pump company to empty out my septic tank. When the work was completed he cleaned thoroughly. All of his recommendations were spot on. I got stuck with the worse case scenario yet, he made sure to soften the blow by being personable and by explaining each necessary step. He also kept the area down to a minimum this taking into consideration that the septic tank was inside my backyard where my dogs play.I would highly recommend this company and specifically request LG to be your technician. To add context, I have a very old house with a very old septic system.Thank you LG!!

    We had another company install a new water heater and when the technician went to turn on the shutoff valve he turned it the wrong way and when it wouldn’t turn any more he used a wrench and broke it. Four visits later that company came back only to put a temporary patch and when he left the last time he said I’ve got your water running but will be back tomorrow morning to do a permanent repair. We called him at 11:30 the next morning and he was out on another job so we called WeCo Rooter and set up for someone to come out the next morning. Brian Hensley came out by 09:00 next morning to assess the problem. He said he would come back the next morning with everything he would need to get us fixed. He replaced not only the shutoff valve but installed a safety net valve in case of a water pressure spike and ran a new line to the house. He did a thorough job and made sure everything was working and cleaned up behind himself before he left. He did an outstanding job and we are very grateful that we made the decision to call WeCo Rooter.

Even after providing the initial estimate on a tankless hot water heater, she contacted me to let me know she could get us a better deal than what was originally quoted.     I have been looking for a reasonable price plumber for my mother, who is 85 years old. I came across WeCo Rooter and am so glad I did. When I called the office the young lady who answered the phone was gracious, polite, and very helpful. The next day they had someone out to fix her toilet.     I was referred to WeCo Rooter and I am so grateful. I had gone a year with one of my shower heads not working.     WeCo was recommended to us by several people. They replaced our water and drain lines, doing as little damage to our yard as possible. They were reasonably priced, responsive and reliable. Every one of the staff was friendly, patient with my questions, respectful, and mindful of preserving as much of the trees and plants as possible. We will definitely call on them again if we need them.

    We’ve now used Weco rooter twice - once for a planned transition to a tankless hot water heater and again for an emergency issue which ended up not being anything. Al came over for the emergency situation and he patiently ended up unclogging a drain when we thought we needed him for a different reason. While it’s never fun to spend money on things like plumbing, it’s a necessity. We’re glad we found Weco!

    Shared this on Yelp as well, but thought I would put it here too:Absolutely phenomenal service from Chris Williams. As a student at USC and someone new to Columbia, I was having a hard time finding a plumber that I could trust to give me a fair price. I had a company come out and quote me for over $200 for fixing a faucet. Chris made sure I got a good deal, and walked me through what he was trying to do. At no point, did he pressure me into buying a new faucet which 99% of the other plumbers have tried and will try to do. He walked me through every step and told me he was going to try everything he knew to try to get the faucet into working condition- which he did. He then gave me an extremely extremely fair price. I appreciate the work, especially as a student and someone new to the area. Glad I was able to find this company, would 100% recommend to anyone tired of paying $50 for estimates and then having the plumber upcharge you for a simple fix. Thank you, Chris.
