Melvin was recommended to us for several small plumbing jobs. He was communicative, friendly, professional and helpful. He serviced our Rinnai, replaced a shower head, fixed a leaky outdoor faucet and installed a full house shut off valve. We will use Melvin again for our plumbing needs!

Twice in the last week Pure property management sent clear water group to fix plumbing issues. Melvin does great work and if i were contracting a plumber Id be using them personally for my property. Arrived fast, did great work fixing the issue.

After getting the run around from my home warranty company and three unreliable service providers later, Mr. Brown of Clear Water Group, LLC provided me prompt, affordable, and quality service by installing a new water heater in my home. Mr. Brown and his team were courteous, personable, and were very accomodating of my schedule and unique situation. They did not waste anytime getting the job completed and did not leave any debris or waste after the install.

I just had my first experience with Clear Water Group and they are my new go-to plumbers. They are good, honest plumbers with great customer service. We were connected to Clear Water through our home warranty servicer, and could not be happier with them.I had placed the home warranty claim based on a different local plumber’s (apparently false) assertion that our pipes were rusting and needed to be replaced right away. The very next morning Melvin, the owner of Clear Water Group called me personally to discuss my concerns and sent a technician out to look at the pipes. His technician went under the house and inspected and and photographed all of the pipes, and showed us that they are actually relatively new and in excellent shape.Melbvin went the extra mile and called me again afterward to summarize his technician’s assessment and answer any follow-up questions I may have had. Their integrity saved us a lot of money, and the excellent customer service makes them a pleasure to work with.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough!! In a “post-COVID” world where it is nearly impossible to get contractors to return calls, keep appointments, and/or perform the work they may have committed to doing, Clear Water Group was on-site less than two hours after my initial call for help with diagnosing an error code issue on one of my two Rinnai tankless water heaters. And within a four-hour timeframe, both units were completely serviced (including flushing) and returned to full functionality. I was so impressed by every aspect of this business that I asked them to please place both of my units on semi-annual maintenance contracts. These folks are Rinnai certified and clearly know what they are doing!! I have an ongoing list of what I call “good guys” (professionals you can depend on), and Melvin Brown and Clear Water Group are now on my list with 5 stars!!

I like most their timeliness and flexibility. They came in and identified the problem, made the repairs then cleaned up behind themselves when they were done and they were out. They were absolute professionals who took pride in their service. I highly recommend this company
