I am so glad we found him! Lowe’s left us high and dry with installing a dishwasher. I called several other plumbing services and all of them were significantly more expensive and were not available for quite a long time. Richard came out the same day and was very reasonably priced. He was honest and professional. We will be using his services in the future!

After being told by numerous other plumbing companies that our issue was “low priority” to them on a day with lots of busted pipe emergencies, Richard was nice enough to take care of our problem same day, within a few hours of a first phone call. He was kind, immediately knew what was needed, and quick to get to work without any hesitations or delay. Excellent service, thank for saving our drain!

Arrived on time to scheduled appointment and he got right to work! Within an hour, he fixed two toilets, and an outdoor leak, and was in and out. Even wrote us a note for the water company because it was a leak that could cause a high bill. Super nice, open to any questions or other quick fixes on the spot, would 100% recommend this company for everything plumbing! And the price was completely reasonable as well, which is always important. Thank yall!!

Christmas Eve my water pipe busted in my garage. For any service my advice is to read the companys reviews. I found R.L. with honest feedback. Mr. R.L. (Its Christmas Day) left his family to come repair my busted pipes. When he finished he explained everything to me. Being a homeowner I know the cost of parts, labor and service call. He was very professional and the fees were affordable. I will continue to do business with them and recommend them to anyone. Great job.

Mr. Murphy was prompt and professional at listening to the problem and taking his time to find the leak. I was impressed with his thoroughness as well as his patience in explaining how the leak had occurred and how he fixed it. Mr. Murphey was working on Dec 26, a bitter cold day morning.When I called he indicated that it would be late, as many many people had broken water lines due to the freeze. I expected it to be after dark. About 30 minutes after I called, Mr. Murphey called to tell me he was on his way. He had a cancellation and worked me in. I was thrilled. Thank you.

Had a new refrigerator delivered from Lowes awful experience, they wouldnt disconnect the water line because it was copper. I called Rodger the owner and he came over inmediatly. The water valve in the basement along with the water line needed replacement. He did this immediately and did a great job at a fair price. Will not hesitate to call him again when a plumbing need arises.
