Glenn was here today and it complete service of my generac generator from 2018.Good communicator on time I knew what he was doing. Got the Wi-Fi issue resolved that has given me problems since I bought this generator 6 years ago. He had all the necessary spare parts and his workman did super work.Showed me two things that he could correct on the exterior of the generac and on the wall panel and did so.I am very pleased and already have them on my calendar for maintenance for next year. I also signed up so that they get the Wi-Fi notices if there are any problems

This company did the installation of my generator. I cannot say enough about how professional they were. I have zero complaints and would recommend them to anyone, which I already have. The sales and service guys were great to work with. The guys that did the installation did a great job as well.

GSI recently installed a whole house backup generator and did a great job for us. Dillon, James, Kevin and Dustin were all outstanding. Sticker shock may be an issue for some people. This was not an inexpensive undertaking.

Wow - absolutely amazing service! The dispatcher was incredibly responsive and helpful. We were able to get a generator at the location we needed within an hour. They also proceeded to service our generator that had stopped working on us. I cannot recommend this company enough! I am so beyond impressed.
