    After receiving a call from Town of Clayton alerting me of water usage I called Brian’s plumbing LLC. The lady I spoke to was kind and courteous and extremely helpful. She called me back promptly and advised me Brian would be out later this afternoon. Brian arrived and was professional and knew exactly how to rectify the problem. He was friendly, courteous and made me feel completely satisfied I had called the best. As I walked him to his truck after the service was complete, his partner was siting in his truck so handsome and well behaved. A beautiful canine companion. Of course I fell in love, and will not hesitate to recommend Brian to friends and family for all plumbing needs. A pleasure to work with and no doubt the work completed took care of my problems.

    Kris and Brian were great to work with. Kris got us scheduled quickly after we contacted her, and Brian and Kyle had my hot water heater removed from my attic and a new unit installed in my garage in just a matter of a few hours. Never had a single day without hot water, and no worries about a leak in our top floor anymore! I will work with Brian on all my future plumbing needs and strongly recommend him for your home maintenance plumbing needs. Excellent workmanship. And a family business.

    Bryan came out today to replace our leaking shower faucets. He did a great job with attention to detail, cleaned up everything before leaving, and was super friendly! We will definitely use him again. Kris from the office was also very friendly and super helpful throughout the quote and scheduling process.

    I recently had the pleasure of hiring Brian’s Plumbing to unclog a stubborn toilet from either a natural or foreign substance (LOL). I couldn’t be happier with the service they provided. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and professional.Firstly, they arrived right on time, which is always a plus in my book. The point of contact was not only delightful but also incredibly polite, making the initial scheduling process a breeze.When Kyle arrived to my house he was thorough and diligent in his work. He took the time to assess the situation carefully and then proceeded to unclog the toilet efficiently and effectively.Overall, I was highly impressed with Brian’s Plumbing’s service and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing assistance. Their punctuality, professionalism, and excellent customer service truly set them apart.

    Brians Plumbing was great! They took the time to listen to my situation/needs and were very friendly on the phone. :)They showed up when they said they would and they did the work they said they could. Even with some minor equipment issues, they were able to overcome, very quickly and then resume the work. I was very impressed with Kyle, who did some troubleshooting on the spot and just figured it out, without whining or complaining. He was great! He also took the time to listen to my questions and gave me some insights that helped me understand a little more about my plumbing issues.My issue was toilettes being backed up. Not only did he get them cleared out, he also stayed for a little while till he was sure that he got the clog out of the drainage line. We flushed multiple times, ran some sink water and after a while, it was clear that the pipes were all draining just fine, he cleaned up the work area (as clean or cleaner than he found it) and he left.They charged me what they said they would (with a very fair price) and there were no problems with the entire process.They will be my Go-To plumbers of choice from now on.Nobody enjoys having plumbing issues, but I am thankful for Brians Plumbing and their staff for being friendly, reliable and capable service providers. Seriously, they did a really good job.

    Brian did a fantastic job with my two showers! He replaced the fixtures and the pipes and I very much appreciated his help. It turned out that my pipes to the shower were not even up to code. Kris, the office manager was very patient with me and thoroughly explained the job. They were able to provide a general quote before coming out to my house. They were efficient and his prices were fair! Thank you for your help!!

    Where do I start?!?!?… I am new to the Wilson area and reached out to the Wilson Community Page for a reference for a plumber. I was given Brian’s Plumbing LLC as the go to many many times but many people in the area that have used him. I reached out to them via Facebook and Kris ( his wife) responded within minutes of sending the quote request. She texted back and forth with me answering questions and had me send pictures to help with my issue and also offered assistance with her number for when I had to go buy the part the next day at the store for their job,,,, they were able to squeeze me in within a remarkable turnaround time. Brian came out to my house and was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He had everything up and working in no time. They were VERY reasonable pricing and their customer service was beyond a 10 out of 10! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking and I am so glad I found my go to plumber!     These guys rock! Squeezed me in on a Saturday, mid-day for an urgent (to me) issue. Not only did they fix a Home Depot error, but they gave me a good deal on the pricing. As a single mom with a special needs kiddo, life is already hard. Knowing I can trust Brian and his team (Kris & Kyle)...it means more than I could ever write in a review!     Hes very good at what he does. I had to call Brians Plumbing for a monster toilet clog. Were thinking my toddler may have flushed a Thomas train or something. My husband broke 2 plungers and a very basic auger you can get at Lowes. But Brians industrial auger was the key. He put his all into it and unclogged that beast. Just in time for my parents and younger sisters to visit for Christmas. The price wasnt bad at all. 😊

    Twice now, Brian’s Plumbing has saved me on a Sunday morning. We had a major pipe break at 7 AM, and they answered the phone as soon as we called. They are like the EMS for plumbing needs. A couple hours later, and we were all fixed. This is our go-to plumber for anything now.

    Such a pleasure to work with them! Brians wife was so kind and empathetic! We called her at 5am and they were out there until 9pm working in the dark to get the job done!     Brian and coworker (the dog) forgot to get his name 😂😂 came out and repaired and replaced some outside faucets for us and the service was affordable, efficient, and friendly. He was even able to get everything done so that we could still make it to our daughter’s softball game on time!!! Would definitely recommend Brian’s Plumbing!

    Quick response and very knowledgeable, called Brians Plumbing for a water pipe repair, was quoted the same day and the job was completed the following day. Brian explained how it happened, how it would be fix and how to prevent it from happening again. I would recommend and use his services again.

Brian made quick work of it and for a price nearly half what I was quoted by another plumbing service in our area.
