Its fair to say, no water is a big problem. I called Saturday and booked an appointment for Sunday. He called me when he was on his way and showed up on time. He checked a few things and gave me a cost for the repair and completed the job in about 30 minutes. Very pleased with his professionalism and mind for detail. Take a look at his reviews hes amazing. I had to get my hot water heater lowboy replaced in a tight spot . Jason was great to work with. They came out on a Sunday. They did a clean efficient job with a smile. I couldn’t be happier with the project from the start to finish. The price quoted for the job was fair . I would definitely use Jason if I have any other plumbing issues in the future. Jason at 919-plumber did an awesome job. Our well pump stopped working about 530 on a Friday night. I called his number and left a message, he called me back within 5 minutes. We talked about the issue and he said it could be a water level issue and to cut break off to allow for well to refill. He was most likely booked all day Saturday but could definitely be here Sunday morning. On Saturday he called to see if turning the break off had worked (it didnt), he said he would let me know if he could get by Saturday or would have to wait until Sunday. Saturday afternoon he called and gave me a time for Sunday morning. He was here when he said, he looked at the issue and gave me a quote for replacing well pump and what all that included. Jason and one other guy worked about half a day, they did a great job, cleaned up any trash, very polite, and no issues. I would highly recommend Jason and 919-plumber any time.

I can’t express how grateful I am for Jason and his crew for helping me with plumbing issues in my house. This house is 50 years old (1974) and everything was failing at the same time. From plumbing to electrical to everything else, this house has a lot of “character”/everything is a little different, unique, complex and complicated! Jason’s expertise made the impossible possible and he brings a lot of creative thinking to problem solving. He even offered me a few different solution pathways to try and save $ or preserve appearances. He shares insights along the way, educating me about all the processes which I appreciate! When the jobs are finished, the spaces are extremely clean and the work is top-notch professional looking. Additionally, his communication is 100%. If I call or text, he responds usually within the hour and is out same day or next. Prices are very reasonable! I really can’t recommend him enough! I’ve had him work on a few different issues this year and he is my go to! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Jason and 919-Plumber did a great job for me. Called on a Friday morning with no water. By noon, the issue was diagnosed and a new well pump, pipe and electrical installed by 3. After they left, I had an issue with water pressure and he was back by 4 to address it. Something seemed off Saturday and Jason was back Sunday morning to make replace a faulty switch and get all issues resolved. He made four trips in three days to ensure I was happy and that my system was operating as it should. He took time to explain everything and the price was fair. Would recommend him to anyone in the area.

We would highly recommend 919-PLUMBER! While investigating high electric bills for my parents’ home we discovered that the well pump was running constantly. Jason provided excellent service! He answered his phone quickly, was able to come out and assess the issue within a few hours, and was back the following morning to replace the aging pump system at a reasonable price. His communication is excellent- from explaining the problem and solution, to calling ahead to let us know he was on the way. He followed up when the job was complete. We experienced a loss if water pressure and a temporary loss of water with our well. We had also experienced higher power bills, which we learned could be from an aging well pump. We called 919-Plumber at 430 in the afternoon. Jason answered the phone and listened as I explained the issues we were having. Jason asked if we currently had water, which we did, and offered to come out the next morning. Jason arrived promptly at the agreed upon time. Jason was able to quickly diagnose what the issue with the well was. Jason thoroughly explained the problem and explained our options. Jason gave upfront transparent pricing, which was less than i was expecting. Given our well was 30 years old and had a leak, we opted to replace the pump, piping, tank, and switch, which was just about everything. Jason and his helper replaced everything that day. Our water pressure is back. Jason and his helper were friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with our questions. Couldnt be happier and would definitely recommend.

We used Jason and 919 Plumber because we were having an issue with our septic tank and toilet. Jason called back very quickly after we reached out and scheduled to come out on Tuesday to assess the situation. As promised, Jason and his team showed up on time, Tuesday and got right to work figuring out what the issue was. He gave me all of the information and when I decided to go ahead and get the work done he scheduled to come back Saturday after he order the parts. Wednesday Jason texted me and stated that hw was able to come out Thursday instead of Saturday if that was OK. I agreed and as promised he and the team came out and replaced the septic panel and the septic pump. Jason advised us of some things we can do to upkeep the pump and ground. He came by an hour later, examined the remains of our 37 year old well system by going through a tough crawl space that was moved due to a house addition. He took time to explain his recommendations. I got another quote for the same items and his pricing was way more cost effective than the other quote. Jason promptly contacted me, and was at my home within 30 minutes. My repair was explained, an estimate provided and was fixed in.less than an hour. Jason and his employee were extremely courteous, knowledgeable, licensed/insured and professional. I will contact 919 Plumber again for future plumbing needs. Plus, they have really cool tshirts.
