    We ordered our desired toilet online straight to our home. We called Smart Choice and connected with Jerry. He was available the very next day to come to our home and install the toilet at a very reasonable price. He called ahead to let us know he was on his way prior to the scheduled time window. The job was neatly done within 30 minutes or less. They were courteous and very respectful of our home and family. I highly recommend them for others.

Not only did he find it (in no time,) I asked him about a couple other plumbing issues I was having and he provided me a quote on the spot and even stayed to complete the work right then and there! He was professional, knowledgeable, an expert in his trade and very personable! Id recommend Jerry and Smart Choice to ANYONE who needs Plumbing or Air Conditioning services - even though I only used his plumbing/leak detection services, Ill use him the next time my A/C needs servicing!     Need a good plumber? Look no further. Seriously, I asked a ton of people for a recommendation and only had one person that had one. Yep, for Smart Choice Plumbing. I had already hired a plumber to find/fix an unknown leak location, they came out and checked hose bibs and the toilets, which I had already told them they weren’t leaking. So now they wanted to knock a section of drywall down in my garage. When I asked who would be repairing the drywall, they just shrugged their shoulders. Meaning, whoever I find to do it. So I told them goodbye.When I finally got a recommendation for Smart Choice, I gave him a call. They were very nice on the phone and he was sure he could find my leak. Made an appointment and he was out within a few days (my scheduling issues) and arrived on time. Within 20 mins, of that, the leak was found. Within an hour of that, it was fixed. And without knocking down any walls. They have a device that can detect leaks. I can’t imagine hiring anyone without this device. Jerry was great, professional and reasonably priced. So long as he’s in business, this is my Plummer! Thanks Jerry!

    Immediate response, offering an appointment a full day sooner than the Home Adviser schedule, called ahead, arrived on time, couldnt have been nicer. Plumbers, carpenters and electricians always act like theyre doing you a favor or immediately begin with the reasons theyll have to charge more than quoted. Jerry gave me a fair estimate, seemed genuinely delighted to do the job and charged me precisely what he had quoted. Fantastic experience all around. And the toilet flushes as its supposed to.

    Outstanding service. Called about a leak in faucet supply line on Sunday evening. Service provided Monday morning at 0845 and complete by 0930. Have used them several times in the past 1.5 years with same response.Very reasonable pricing, professional service and an all around pleasure to work with. I highly recommend these guys for all your plumbing needs. Probably will go with them again in the next few months for water heater replacement. Cost-effective and a real time saver to use a pro!

We have a lot of Plumbing needs in our home as we are renovating.My wife and I were greatly amazed as Jerry fit everything we were looking for !!Jerry is a knowledgable, professional, curtious,clean efficient Plumber !! And thats an understatement!He installed a toilet in our Master bathroom,Installed guest bathroom and Master bathroom faucets and a new sink and motion sensor faucet to perfection !! He has hands of Gold. We have him coming back to install a guest bathroom toilet, a Garbage Disposal,A water line to the Refrigerator for the ice maker. We also have a smart wifi Honneywell Thermistat for the Air conditioning we want him to install.I would recommend him to anyone with no hesitation. He was reasonable in price and nothing he cant do regarding our plumbing issues. So customer service friendly and punctual we are extremely satisfied and glad we found Smart Choice Plumbing and Air conditioning we will use him for all our Plumbing needs and Air conditioning needs.Cant say enough about Jerry !!! 10 star rating !!!!
