We used Black River Drain twice now. They are easy to get a hold of, they come to your house fast. Dakota is a hard worker; very knowledgeable and fair. They were recommended to me, and I will recommended them to anyone. They are awesome!!!

Dakota came out and fixed a water pipe leak outside plus a pipe issue with the septic both on the same day. He did a fine job and the price was reasonable. He cleaned up everything and is always great to answer questions when they arise.

I had two companies come out and look at my sewer pipe problem. One quoted me a ridiculous amount(the I don’t want the job price) and the other flat out refused the work. I called Black River and said “Do you want a really hard job?”. Dakota came to my house in Ridgeville even after he was home for the day to take a look. He was honest, knowledgeable and got the job done. I highly recommend Black River Drain! .

Highly recommend. We are remodeling our kitchen and ran into some leaking pipes. Called Black River Drain and Dakota came out the next day. Fixed my issue and helped us keep on track of our project. He was fast and the price was what I was expecting. Very respectable and I will be calling him again when in need.

Dakota was simply incredible. He was very knowledge and professional. Was able to determine the most likely cause of the problem over the phone. When he arrived he was very friendly, explained what he was doing as he was working, and we had a wonderful chat about all my pets and the things he does to help out with 4H.Great guy that does even better work. I highly recommend him, and he will definitely be my first call for plumbing issues from now on.

Dakota was simply fantastic! Courteous, punctual, efficient and so focused, and the quality of work was truly remarkable! He installed new plumbing for a new bathroom in my second floor and installed the tub as well. Will hire again if a need arises, will recommend to anyone!

I had a great experience with Black River Drain. Dakota was professional, clean, and courteous. I had several jobs completed: a new utility tub installed and wall mounted, replaced my old drum trap, replaced the supply lines to my shower, and replaced many water valves around my house. Im hoping to never need him again, but would call him back again without any hesitation.

Id have to say that I am thoroughly impressed with the work that was done by this company! The shower & tub is fully-functional, and no longer leaks. The plumbing installation for the tub was spot-on, and I will be calling them back next month to do a garbage disposal and basement bathroom plumbing!!!
