    Plumbtastic Plumbing/Potty Doctor have taken care of several plumbing needs that I have had over the last year.The first one was the re-routing of a sewer line. I was very impressed with their courteous and knowledgeable team, who kept me informed at every turn. They did the job quickly and efficiently which I really appreciated.On another job recently which was to unblock a toilet and a drain line, they worked tirelessly to solve the backup, which involved dismantling a bathroom drawer unit, and patiently went out of their way to make sure that it was all put back together perfectly. The serviceman couldnt have been nicer and all the staff that I have met are decent, hardworking and highly educated... a real pleasure to do business with!

    Once again Potty Doctor - Plumbtastic Plumbing comes through for me! I had a small plumbing problem that I was going to take care of myself. However, upon close examination it looked like something that could easily be much worse than originally thought. I decided to call the pros and that turned out to be a very good decision. My little job was indeed a big problem. Lots of digging, breaking walls and repairing hidden connections! Thanks Potty Doctor/Plumbtastic Plumbing for a job well done at a very fair price!

    Recently had a pipe burst under my house .. team was amazing .. had to drill down approx 24 inches to repair the leak then fill it up with cement to level my Master Bedroom floor .     If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Dom and Earl were polite and professional when they showed up in the promised window of time. They provided a free estimate, which a lot of tradesman dont offer, and a fair quote for the work needed. In about an hour my leaky toilet was fixed and now I have a guy for all my plumbing needs.

    I have dealt with many different companies doing work in my home for the past 20 years. Plumbtastic Plumbing is by far the most competent, experienced and courteous company I have ever used. They installed a Flo by Moen device and a new water heater. Their work was pristine and done with the upmost care for the surrounding areas of my home. Their employees are courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable and experienced in their trade. The owners of this company know how to run a business.

    I tried to install/replace a disposal (which Ive done before). Tough job trying to securely attach to the collar. I didnt get it right and it leaked badly so I could not use the kitchen sink. I called around looking for a plumber. It being a Saturday, all I got was Call Monday and well send out a technician to give you a quote. Except Earl at Plumbtastic said he could come later that afternoon. We sealed the deal. He kept in touch about arrival time, showed up when he said he would and expertly and efficiently fixed the problem in less than an hour. He cleaned up after and was most pleasant and courteous. Many I called would not come because a leak wasnt a big enough job.
