Very professional operation. Easy to schedule and communicate with. The electrician Juan arrived on time and immediately put on shoe covers. He was patient, knowledgeable and honest. Our issue was resolved on the first visit.

I had an excellent experience with Markarian. They answered the phone, made an appointment very quickly for an estimate which was provided on the same day and without charge, allowed me to pay over the phone and book my service within a week, and the price was reasonable. The electrician was very professional, did a perfect job of moving a light fixture for me and taking care to keep things clean and neat, and offered great advice on some other projects. I plan to use them again.

Absolutely amazing. Paid nearly 50% of what I would have at a different company, Cris was kind, courteous, and respectful. Markarian has earned a customer, that is for sure. Cris was quick with his work, was very understanding, and did a stellar job. I absolutely cannot give enough 5 star reviews for Markarian and Cris. Amazing!NOTE: I was not compensated or personally related to or affiliated in any way with the owners/operators of Markarian Electric, I genuinely got good service from Markarian Electric and I now have them replacing an old load center of mine, which I am happy to work with them for.

I cant recommend Markarian Electric enough. I needed to get an outlet fixed. I called Markarian and they were able to get me in very quickly. Jerson was the electrician who came for the service. He showed up on time, and he diagnosed the problem and fixed it all within an hour. Their prices are very reasonable - they provide free estimates which is awesome.

We had a room addition added on to our home 8 years ago and the Contractors electrition had run wires from the circuit breaker to the room for outlets and an exhaust fan. We had used one outlet closest to door that had worked fine,however when we went to use outlets on the opposite walls they did not work. Markarian Electric replied the first day to my request and sent someone the next day. Chris was very polite, had mask on and added shoe covers before entering my home. He took a quick look at the outlets in the room then asked to review our Electrical Panel Box. He said he would check each one for a loose wire. He clarified if he had to do an in depth investigation for damaged or cut wire he would come back another day with a tool to identify where the wire might be cut/damaged and may have to send a new wire from the Electrical Panel and gave me estimate for various scenarios. Luckily for us it was a couple of loose or unconnected wires and he took care of it and demonstrated that everything was now working. I was so very pleased and released with the outcome. I found Chris to exemplify honesty, professionalism, great knowledge, excellent communication, cleanliness and most of all kindness. I would not hesitate to call Markarian Electric again and refer to friends and neighbors. Pictures are of Sunporch where exhaust fan and electric outlets were reviewed and repaired. I have used Markarian Electric several times and have always been happy. They are my go to for electrical because they are very reliable, professional, and transparent. Most recently, I was having problems with some outlets including for my washer. It was easy to make an appointment and Cristian showed up on time, assessed the problems in each case and offered me different options ranging from basic to more extensive. He explained to me the cost and what each entailed. There was never any hard sell, he patiently answered my questions about the pros and cons of each. I feel like I got good value and have confidence in the quality of the work. Cristian was thorough, professional and friendly. I am again, very pleased with Markarian Electric

We have used Markarian in the past and have been very pleased with their service. So when a few new electrical issues came up in our old house, we didnt hesitate to call them again.Jerson was dispatched to give us an estimate, and was professional throughout his assessment. We wanted an estimate, but he provided us with three, ranging from the most basic fulfillment of what we needed to an upgrade to our breaker panel and another project we were unsure we needed to do yet but wanted to get some feedback on.We informed the office of our choice and they are in the process of ordering supplies -- we expect to have our issues solved shortly.Nice people and great communication -- recommended!

Jon came out and met me to provide a detailed estimate on electric upgrades to my home. He was a great listener, and walked through the property taking measurements and notes. He even looked inside my load center and offered tips on important things to address.While I didnt go with Markiarian in the end, I was impressed by their professionalism, punctuality, and thoroughness. Rather than trying to sell me on things, I really felt Jon was pointing out the things that truly needed to be done. I would call them again for bids on future work.

Great service start to finish. Calling for an appointment was easy and our technician, Juan, showed up right on time. I had been trying to install a new pendent light in an old recessed lighting can fixture. However, I was unable to get any indication that voltage was flowing through the wires.Juan came by and diagnosed the problem quickly. He took the time to explain the issue and what was needed to resolve it. The transformer was reducing the voltage to below the level needed for the new fixture. He went ahead and updated the connection and installed our light.Juan is super friendly and we had a great conversation about some smart home wireless technology. Giving this company a call and asking for Juan if we ever need something again in the future

Waltham experienced a power surge that caused much damage. We used Markarian Electric. They were prompt and told us what we needed to do in order of priority and provided choices. Jerson Torres and Reiver Diaz removed the electric panel and installed a new panel. This took hours. They tested and replaced outlets, breakers, etc... The estimate they provided was clear and seemed fair. They were competent, professional and courteous. I would use them again. Thank you, also to Brandon.
