After waiting since May of 2024 and finally having another company not show with not so much as a call in October we turned to E and V. They made no big promises but would get it in weather permitting. Well they showed up installed our generator and my husband who has an artificial heart now has peace of mind. When our oil company of 20 plus years wouldnt come through with propane once again they stepped up and made sure our tanks are full. Thank you. I will tell everyone to call you FIRST!

The sales guy, Greg, was really easy to talk to and explained all our options and the expectations. The installation guys, Jesse and Josiah, were quick and efficient with uninstalling and removing our old furnace and setting up the new one. They all were very friendly and knew what they were doing. We highly recommend!

My husband and I were passing through Watertown in our motorhome last week and tried to fill our propane tank at a truck stop (our refrigerator runs on LP while we drive and it was beeping!), but the attendant couldn’t get their hose assembly to work. He recommended we try E & V Energy. I called, not holding out much hope; Chelsea answered the phone and saved the day! She was so kind and helpful, answering all my questions and reassuring me we could get our motorhome and towed vehicle into their lot. A friendly employee came out as soon as we arrived; he followed all safety procedures, filled our tank, and had us on our way in no time. If we lived here, E & V Energy would be our propane people, without a doubt!

Great installation team. They were very knowledgeable and personable, and did a great job installing my system. They cleaned as they went and gave me a reasonable expectation of what to expect as they worked.They then gave me a good explanation about how my new system works and how to take care of it.Id definitely recommend them and the team who installed my hvac mini-split system.

We have been doing business with E&V for 15 or 16 years. The heating system in the house was not set up correctly but they made it the best that they could and we have used it until now when we had them replace the system. Also, being that its a boiler system we have had them install a Mitsubishi split unit which has heating and air conditioning capability. They have taken care of all maintenance and propane since the first day. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Had E&V install twin air source heat pumps and a total of 6 mini splits in my two story, modular built home of about 2000 sq ft overall. I received a site survey and quote from E&V and a second company, but was greatly impressed by Steve who did the site survey and estimate. The competitor came in at a slightly lesser cost, but Steve’s knowledge and no nonsense answers to our questions is what helped me decide to use E&V for this project. The install crew arrived on time and had a very fastidious work attitude, even while working in rain on 2 of the 3 days they projected for completion. Very professional install; they cleaned up “ on the go” as they worked; and we are very pleas3 with the product, the results, and the people who installed it. System is very quiet and the balance of temperature between rooms is seamless. Extremely pleased at this point. If you are looking to install heat pump systems, call E&V- I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. It’s a 5 star rating at this point.

Had the Mitsubishi ductless heat and ac heads installed. The install guys were awesome...They probably need a raise or a big bonus after crawling around under my house!!! It was a big investment but its worth every PENNY!!!! If your thinking about the ductless there great. Give EV a call and make yourself an appointment!!!)))) Do it!!!!

Of all the vendors I contacted, E&V’s sales representative was the most prompt, accommodating and negotiable for pricing, support, warranty & product recommendations & ratings, than others I called. . The install date was extended a bit due to pandemic backups on product, but the date was then offered sooner due to a cancellation. The two installers were courteous, hardworking and very knowledgeable of their product and the installation process. I’m most impressed with E&V and highly recommend them.

All six individuals that I worked with were friendly, courteous and professional. An inspection of my furnace determined there was a problem. I phoned E&V and they were there the next day. Due to water coming into my furnace I needed a new furnace installed. Within 2 hours a rep was at my house working up a quote to replace the furnace. The installers were there the next day and both courteous and professional. Highly recommend.

Found EV Energy by accident, while searching for heating oil tank refill for our cottage up North. The service desk was excellent: polite, knowledeable and responsive. Prices were very competative. Service delivery was as scheduled and very professional. All around - great experience. Highly recommend this company.

I had a generator installed at a summer residence in Clayton in early May 2021. Rocky start on job due to weather in late fall and coordinating with Nat. Grid and inspector, then product availability due to pandemic. Once scheduled in April, there was a problem in communication with planning and materials and had to be rescheduled again. However, when Nate, Jamie and John came in May, everything went perfectly. They did an outstanding job in the quality of the installation, their effort to run all wiring through existing conduit to minimize disruption to new construction and were very neat and clean considering the muddy rainy day. They really did a superior job. I know just enough about this installation to have been a very critical customer and I am never completely impressed with any contractors job usual shortcuts, but that was not the case here. Excellent grades to these 3 guys and an exceptional good job!

The only problem we have is there was no breakdown of of the assembly to see how the price breakdown. Especially when you are spending so much. Its important to see how it adds up.Other than that, Greg was very responsive and the installers where on time and had all the parts on hand. Installation went without any delays or problems.

Their staff members are knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. We were very impressed with the installation, and have been using the heating portion for those cool mornings, and it works great. We have used E&V for propane for over seven years now, never once had an issue! So when it came time to install central air we knew just who to call. Not only was their pricing excellent their service members were If 10 incredibly professional. They wore booties on their feet to lay a drop cloth along my flooring so they didnt get anything dirty. They were quick, efficient and went over the system with my husband and myself so we knew what we had and how to properly use it. We have had so many good experiences with this company from emergency furnace work, auto delivery propane, and now our central air. We even had our furnace break down once and they brought us space heaters in the middle of winter to help while they fixed it! Their service is beyond reproach
