I can’t say enough good about Cannon Electric. We hired them to install a new sub-panel in our house because our breaker box was full, and to wire in a new hot tub. Cody was able to get me an accurate estimate with just a few cell phone photos. The electrician he sent out showed up on time and completed the job by the end of the day, and he even did a very good job cleaning up. I got the bill the next morning and was able to pay with Apple pay right away. The total came in at the low end of their estimate, and they didn’t even charge me one of those stupid credit card fees that so many businesses are trying to get away with nowadays. Their work was punctual and professional, and I was kept informed through the whole process with both text messages and email. I unequivocally recommend Cannon Electric to anyone in need of an electrician in the Watertown area.

Cody has one incredible team of electricians. Cody was prompt in coming to my house to give me an estimate of the work that I had requested, new main breaker panel along with meter and service cutoff. Additionally, two new outlets were installed and a second light switch. The reason for contracting with Cannon Electric is that the existing main breaker panel was about sixty years old and in a house that is one-hundred five years old. Therefore, the electricians had to deal with stuff that was over one-hundred years old, sixty years old and who know how much in between.He was able to schedule me within two weeks. His electricians worked hard, were very friendly and did the installation in a very professional quick and neat manner, see attached photo of the nearly completed work of the main breaker panel. They suggested one addition to the original work and were just fine if I had refused the suggestion. I did not and they added the new electric heater relays for just the cost of the parts. The final bill was exactly what Cody had quoted me with the addition of the relays.Yes, I shall have Cody and his team back to upgrade other parts of the electrical system.

He also went out of his way to accommodate my schedule.We had purchased the wrong lights for the kitchen. Cody not only spent time helping us figure out what lights would work best, but he drove an hour back to his office to pick up the lights and drive back the same day to install them.He was on time, very professional, very knowledgeable and overall just a really nice guy.
