    About two months ago I had my central heat pump installed by Valiant and they did an awesome job. Matt and Luis did a great job. I was impressed with how fast, neat and clean they were. Being a business owner as a home inspector I’ve seen many central system and by far this is the nicest install I have ever seen. These guys are professional and are a real asset to the company. They work very well together. Great team work.

    Top Notch Best Company for Service, Installations and Oil Delivery! Reliable and honest service. I have Valiant Energy Solutions for all my heating and cooling requirements. They can be 100% ++ trusted for great customer service! They service my heating and cooling systems, and my oil delivery. They have installed a Mini Split system in my home with no issues. Also a new Hot Water heater and most recently replaced my leaking oil tank with a new Roth System! Everyone at Valiant Ive spoken with are always courteous, helpful and professional!     Karl and Romeo came to my home in Broad Brook today to conduct an energy audit. Their knowledge of my equipment (and I have both a Geo and Gas Systems) was superb. They not only reviewed my home for issues but also helped me understand the techniques they use to take the measurements and conduct the tests.     I recently had an energy efficiency review on my older home. It was performed out of the Waterbury office by Karl T. And Romeo. Lived here many years thought my home was energy efficient I learned so much. They were informative educated and willing to take the time to explain everything that they were doing. My home is warmer and the boiler is not running as much. Cannot thank Karl and Romeo enough.With cost being so important right now what they did can not be underestimated.     John, Juan, Stephen, DJ and Waldis Were all great guys to work with the last two days. So very helpful explaining everything with my duct cleaning and new insulation process for my 70-year-old home. I would recommend the five of them anytime to anyone. I have two dogs and a cat and they considered them every time they opened any of my doors which is rare with service industry people. These guys are great and Valient Energy should give them great Christmas bonuses. Thank you very much and happy holidays

    Vinny was quick to get a service tech to my house, same day in 90+ degree house. Was told motor/computer froze on air handler, was given a quote within 24hrs for both repair and replacement. We decided to repair for now, service tech John was in and out within an hour, checked our whole system, and good to go. Would definitely recommend. Fast and on time

    We had an energy assessment on December 5th by Karl and Romeo. Our heat wasnt working and I thought they would do some weather stripping and maybe give me a rebate toward a new furnace. They did so much more! Karl and Romeo were here for over 5 hours and went through our house thoroughly. They were kind and knowledgeable. They explained everything that they were doing and shared lots of stories and tips. They improved our energy efficiency while they were here by insulating attic areas with a foam gun. They installed an insulated zipper attic stair cover. Romeo made an insulated cover for our whole house fan because it was letting our warm air escape into the attic. Our heating efficiency improved by over 500 square feet from their on-the-spot improvements. Karl checked what other improvements we would qualify for and found that we can insulate our attic to the current code for free! He also said that they will fix our furnace for free or give us a loan at zero or 1% if we need to replace it. We had an amazing day and recommend Karl and Romeo to anyone looking to save money and energy!!!!Update: Today, Dec. 10, our furnace was fixed by Valiant Energy Solutions. Danny replaced our old thermostat and got our furnace working. We had been contemplating a loan to replace it and couldnt be happier with todays outcome. We are warm and our electric space heaters are unplugged and put away. What a great day!Thank you!

    I just wrapped up an energy assessment for my new house with Karl T and Romeo and was incredibly impressed with both of them and this service. They truly went above and beyond in making sure my husband and I understood everything they were doing and why, as well as the recommended next steps. They walked us through detail by detail, happily answering all of our questions and never making us feel rushed. Karl even helped us work through an unrelated toilet concern and Romeo went out of his way to close our gates outside to ensure our dog didn’t get out.     After quite a delay to get a permit and then an issue with the town inspector attempting to draw things out further, Andrew Daimler from Valiant energy helped to push and get things done as scheduled . After a lot of push back him and his team were able to get the town to allow them to proceed after I thought we would have to wait days. Other people or company’s might have given up and went on their way. They did right by me and got it done.

    From start to finish we are very happy with the job done! A service technician was quickly scheduled to look at why our boiler was leaking. After determining it wasnt a job to fix but instead needed an entire replacement, the next morning Vinnie arrived to provide an estimate. We felt no need to look further for additional estimates after his thorough assessment of equipment needed and knowledgeable explanation of the steps involved with the job. The scheduling of installation was 2 weeks out but we were reassured if any major issues arose with the boiler that they would be quickly addressed. Delivery of equipment was on time as was the arrival of the installation crew. All 4 crew members were polite, knowledgeable in their job, great workers, trustworthy to be left to do their thing, and the area was clean and the job absolutely beautiful when completed.

    My friend, Rich Kelly works at Valiant and suggested we blow the sealant into the vents to save oil in the winter. Boy, what a difference. I would say that we use almost half of the oil we used prior to sealing the vents. Valiant also installed the oil burner four years ago and that also saved energy in a big way. The insulation they installed in the basement and attic are great. I went from four to five tanks of oil per winter to about one and a half tanks per year. What a difference. Thanks Rich!

I have had many contractors out to my home, but none were able to adequately identify these specific areas of significant heat loss. Using unique equipment, they were able to identify and remedy such areas. In addition, they were Knowledgeable, Attentive, Likeable, and Experienced! I highly recommend this team and company for anyone looking to reduce their energy bills, and reduce heat/cooling loses due to insufficiently sealed and insulated homes.

    I had a problem with my Generac home stand by generator. It wasn’t working properly.I called Valiant- and they send out a tech. Vinny was his name. Vinny checked the generator and I’d say within 3 minutes had found the issue and fixed it.He took the time to explain sone things about the generator- do’s and don’ts.He was very thorough- even checked out the transfer switch to ensure everything g was in perfect operating condition.I could tell that Vinny cared about his work- and the concerns of the customer.He was very polite and courteous as well!A+ experience!!

    Cant believe the increase in our energy efficiency. Thought the audit would be same old, same old. Boy was I wrong. Fixed our forced air system. We had 63% air flow they couldnt tell us where the air was flowing, after they finished 93% efficiency. Last winter our oil usage was a lot less and yet our house was warmer.     Best customer service!I had an aging oil tank (60 years) that needed to be replaced. I called Bantam Wesson and they where able to give me a quote quickly, they worked with me on the length of time I needed to get other quotes, and when I selected the job, they where prompt in telling me when the install would be done. There where a few snags in the process, but they went above and beyond to make sure things where made right. After the install there was a minor problem with the fuel line, I called them, and just a few hours later, they sent out a manager and a technician to diagnose the problem. It was only a minor issue, but they resolved it right there and got my furnace humming along again. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!

    Follow up 1/5/2025 - Valient team is helpful however the rebate process and product selection needs to examined carefully prior to purchase. Unfortunately one of the cassettes installed doesn’t qualify for the rebate thus my possible rebate is cut in half roughly missing out on $1750 dollars. Asking for a replacement would be an issue.     Bobby and Josh completed a Home Energy Solutions audit and were great. They called to say they were running early and showed up an hour prior to my scheduled appointment time. I think that is exceptional, because absolutely no one enjoys waiting on someone to show for service. Both are very polite, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond my expectations. I recently moved into my home that came with an old all year window air conditioning unit that I absolutely did not want to touch. They removed the old air conditioner and hauled it away for me. I am absolutely relieved I will not have to struggle with that dinosaur in the future. Could not be happier with the level of professionalism they provided. I will absolutely recommend this company to family and friends and not just because of the monetary incentive to do so. :)

    This company is great. Theyve been my propane and oil provider for the three years Ive owned my house. I recently needed my central A/C looked at and was happy to learn BW would service that, too. They sent Al out today, whod been here before and is a great tech to have help you. He replaced wires chewed by mice then checked all the vents, on this hot day smiling and with no complaints. Now were sitting here cool at the kitchen table once again!

    Im not normally a person who reviews businesses often. I felt compelled to say how amazing Bantam Wesson is. They are professional, courteous and they go the extra mile to follow up. Just recently I had an issue at our house. The technician, Matt, was there within 30 minutes. Fixed the problem and couldnt have been nicer. The office called me today just to check to make sure everything was working properly. Its the little things that matter! Ive had multiple issues over the years with plumbing, heating and cooling systems and Bantam Wesson has been a constant presence, there to help quickly.     Ive had nothing but great experience with this company. After a hurricane they showed up the next day to repair my downed electrical wire. Their electrical supervisor Chris was incredibly responsive and communicative.     Simply Excellent. From the sales team (Chris Borucki and Chris Stilwell) to the team who handled removal of our old oil furnace and tank and installation of the new propane furnace (Joe Lanesey, Luis Nevarez) everything was done perfectly and with attention to detail. Joe was thoughtful with the placement of new ductwork and treated our home as though it was his own. Everyone we interacted with from those who were in our home to those in the office coordinating things was courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend Bantam Wesson, especially the individuals mentioned here - a fantastic team to work with on a pretty complicated oil to propane conversion. They made the process smooth and seamless, answered all of our questions, were respectful of our home and our needs, took the time to make sure everything was perfect and that we agreed with their proposals.

    We are so grateful for BantamWesson!! We got our whole house insulated for only $150 - a job that shouldve cost about $5,000!!! They are great to work with because they submit the rebate to Eversource so we dont have to come up with the money up front. We just bought a house at the end of August and realized there was no insulation in it basically at all! The initial audit performed by Will and Jason was so easy and they were so helpful (it was also free). They changed any lightbulbs to LED, did some ductwork in the basement, and filled in some holes they found. Their recommendations were clear and they even helped fill out the rebate paperwork for me so there was so confusion. Then a few short weeks later John, Matt, and Joel came out and spent the day filling the whole house with insulation and we could already tell the difference that night!! They did such a great job, were respectful and aware that I had a 7 month old in the house, and cleaned up everything after themselves when they left. My house looked like they hadnt ever been there - besides the fact that it felt warmer! Not only did we save a ton getting this done we are going to save so much on our electric/gas in the years to come. We would truly recommend them to everyone!! Thank you BantamWesson!

    These guys (Joe, Luis, and Ed) were an A1 operation. They knew exactly what they were doing, we’re timely worked hard, got past some pretty challenging issues with my house… They were gracious and kind and clean, they even took out my old air conditioners out of the windows and offered my son pizza when they were eating their lunch. They finish the job exactly on time. I’m thrilled with my new air-conditioning. And with this company. Worth every penny. 100% recommend them.
