    I had my toilet leaking, under my tiles that I didn’t notice until it reached the last layer and started leaking to my basement. I’m satisfied with the work he has done and thankfully everything is working.I also had him install a new toilet which I feel he did a good job.

    I needed a couple of things done while selling my house. Juan came out on a Sunday morning to give me a quote, which I thought was so nice of him. He did concrete work and an outside railing that came out beautiful. Much better than I expected! He returned all my phone calls and was such a pleasure to deal with. I would use his services again and highly recommend him.

    I contact Espinal Handyman services to do some woodwork and remodeling on my living room and dining room areas, specifically the window sills and baseboards that were worn and needed repair. Finding the specific type of wood used was not easy, but Juan was able to find that nearly resembles the original finish. He is prompt, responsive, and his prices are reasonable. I would definitely call him again in the future for any work I need done in my home.

    My family has recently moved into a new home and wanted to update and change multiple things in the house including light fixtures flooring the installation of new appliances amongst other things. He was excellent and did great work on everything we needed. I can honestly say going forward he will be our go to as far as anything we need done. Fair and honest and in todays business that goes such a long way. I wish I could give 10 stars. Very satisfied.
