Ordered a professional mounting service from Samsung long story short they were unprofessional, rude and drilled holes in my wall then told me it couldnt be done and said theyre fine cuz they get paid anyways. Brian is amazing - we couldnt be happier with the results! We had several TVs of all shapes and sizes that needed to be mounted in various locations throughout the house. Brians experience and knowledge showed right away as he listened to our requirements (stone fireplace, hiding cords/plugs, soundbar mounting, etc.) and then walked us through our options, making recommendations and advising on the various types of equipment needed - all well in advance of the scheduled installation date. The workmanship was extraordinary - all the TVs were mounted securely, perfectly positioned/centered, and done with care. He accommodated me into his schedule at the last minute, he showed up when promised and installed the TV without any difficulty. He also provided technical input and advice. My only constructive feedback would be for Brian to be more neat about the trail of drywall dust, styrofoam, plastic wrappers, and boxes that he leaves behind (I am not suggesting he disposes of them, just pack them together in a pile). LCD Plasma Installation did a fantastic job re-mounting my TV. They removed my 65 inch TV from the wall with great care and uninstalled my old mount. They replaced the existing mount, which was flush against the wall, with an adjustable one. This new mount has an arm that extends forward and swivels from side to side - it was exactly what I wanted! The professionals took great care when re-mounting the TV. They made sure to attach it to wall studs and ensured the placement was centered and level. They were easy to communicate with in the lead-up to my appointment, as well as on-time, friendly, diligent, and efficient. They finished the project in under half an hour! HUGE thanks to Brian for his work. We had a tricky installation - mounting a full motion extending mount on uneven natural stone - that Brian handled quickly and at very reasonable cost.This included a brief stop at our house ahead of time to make sure the job was feasible, a second stop a week later (timing at my request) to do the actual install, and then a third stop a week after to check on the mount (I thought a mounting bolt looked odd so called him, turns out it was completely fine but he volunteered to drill an extra bolt in to give me peace of mind - at no charge).Throughout, Brian was incredibly easy to work with - super responsive to text message/emails, friendly and professional while in our house, and demonstrably knowledgeable about AV equipment and installations. I dont know where to even begin besides saying Brian made this process so much more enjoyable and not only is he very knowledgable, he is overall a wonderful human being - so kind and funny and extremely easy to talk to. Look no further, he is your man.I recently purchased a new townhouse that had a large stone fireplace and each stone had an uneven texture. This made me VERY nervous to mount a TV but it is the best spot for the living room. After doing a lot of research and reading these reviews, I decided to reach out to Brian. Initially I texted him so I can send him pictures of my fireplace off the bat. He responded within minutes and we were on the phone. He answered all my questions and I did not feel rushed. As stated before I was very nervous about this in general so Brian stopped by the next day to just take a look at the fireplace to ease my mind (even though he knew he could do it). Additionally, Brian suggested a better mount for what I wanted - he asked me several questions about how I would use the TV which is how he suggested a better mount than the one I purchased. The day Brian came to look at the fireplace, I already had the TV and new mount waiting and he offered to do it on the spot!The 2021 Samsung Frame TV remote does not take batteries and I did not have a USBC charger so Brian left without setting up the TV which was totally fine because I figured I could do it. Turns out my TV was defective itself (nothing to do with Brian as he handled everything with care). I reached out to Brian and he went out of his way to come back and take the TV off the mount and repackaged it for me to return! Then I was able to go to the store and get a new one and Brian came back that day and put the new one up! And I actually had the proper remote charger so he even walked me through set up and explained how the TV works and some tips and tricks.Outside of TV talk, Brian was very knowledge on home improvement projects so we were just talking about some other projects I am planning on tackling. He seemed genuinely interested and provided a lot of wise advice on a wide range of topics. And as I said, hes very funny anyway so I was certainly laughing. I was very comfortable with him being in my home. I tend to be a nervous person when it comes to hiring an outsider for big projects so believe me when I say you will not regret hiring Brian!

I found Brian (LCD Plasma Installations) through Thumbtack. Brian was very quick to respond to my request for a quote. At the time I had not even fully decided on a TV but was trying to get an idea on how much I was going to have to pay for everything needed including the TV to have it hung on the wall plus a new outlet. Even though I did not commit to Brian he gave me EVERYTHING I needed to consider no matter who I chose. Everything on what HDMI cables to buy, how to hook up my sound bar that I hadnt even purchased yet, to what swivel bracket to buy for the TV. This was all like I said without commitment to Brian. What a Godsend Brian was. See I originally hired Amazon Home Services to mount a television and it was a very good price before Thanksgiving. Maybe too good in hindsight. Amazon sent a person and from the very beginning I had an uneasy feeling. After the person left I heard some crackling and immediately called them back. They said it was probably the heater and not the work they performed. That night the sound was not crackling it was crashing as my tv and part of the wall came crashing down breaking my new tv and ripping part of the wall with in. Amazon was less than accommodating but they did cover the cost of a new tv and refunded the cost of the job but nothing else. I found LCD Plasma Installations online and explain my situation. Brian immediately came out, he repaired the drywall damage, mounted my new television and concealed all wires and added outlet. The Amazon person even did that wrong as they ran an illegal extension cord in the wall. Brian explained that although pricing may be good at first glance, when things are done illegally and done incorrectly it often causes the price to be much greater. I am so very pleased with the work Brian did and saving me from worries. I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND BRIAN!!!
