We called Ivan to ask if he would replace our front steps. He can, measured, listened to what we wanted and returned in a couple of days with a diagram for the steps. Also a quote. We agreed with the quote and Ivan said he would get done sometime in the next two weeks. And he did. Said they would be here at 8:00 Monday and they were. Took down the old and put up the new. These are a lot safer for visitors. It wasnt a roof, but he was willing to do this for us. I would recommend him for any job.

Our roof needed replacement, we contacted Ivan Rangel Construction after reading several reviews. Ivan come to our home and got up on the roof to make a visual inspection and then made a quote, which he sent by email prior to coming back to our home and going over the quote details. Ivan is very professional and thorough in doing business. His crew were amazing on workmanship and protecting our home landscaping. About 2 years ago, we called Ivan and his team to give us an estimate for a whole new roof. The estimate was very reasonable. We accepted, and they started within weeks. They took off the old shingles, winter guarded, and put on the new shingles. They helped us determine if high impact shingles would be best for us (and they have been!). We weren’t in the direct derecho path, but the winds didn’t touch our roof! We’ve also made it through two snowy, Iowa winters. When Rangel’s team works, they get the job done extremely quickly and so efficiently. We are absolutely pleased with Ivan and his company! We recommend his business to everyone!

I got quotes from 4 different companies these guys are the real deal! They were very professional got the entire job and cleanup done in one day! They were thorough from the beginning. I chose this company to roof my entire house and garage and of everyone who gave me a quote (he was the 2nd cheapest) but he was the only one who actually got on top of my roof to see what we actually needed ( there were 5 layers to rip off and a lot of wood underneath was damaged and needed replaced) He gave me a complete and detailed quote took the time to make sure I understood everything. The exceeded all my expectations and I will recommend them. The were ahead of schedule and they started on my roof first thing in the morning!
