The two Juanβs did a full renovation of my 100+ year old house. When the inevitable issues occurred after opening the walls, they came up with fixes that were much better than I was expecting or thinking about. Workmanship was good and the work was done essentially on the expected timeline. Both partners were easy to reach by phone and one of the two were at the site most days and were in contact with my architect whenever clarification was needed.
