    I recently had the pleasure of working with Bill to replace and re-build a deck, and I couldnt be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of excellent.Bill and his team were highly professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. They listened attentively to my ideas and preferences, offering valuable suggestions that ultimately enhanced the design and functionality of the deck.The deck that was there was old and in desperate need of a makeover and structural rehab. Bill walked me through all the options. I felt confident he laid out all the variables and considerations and I never felt pressured or upsold to. I felt he was frank about costs, practicality and longevity. I made several requests and changed my mind several times through the project and he was more then happy to make changes.Moreover, the project was completed on time and close to the agreed-upon budget, which was a relief given this was my first experiences with a contractor on a major project. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed.The quality of materials used (within my price range) are top-notch, ensuring that the deck not only looks beautiful but is also built to last. I anticipate it will quickly become a favorite spot for my family and me to relax and entertain guests.Overall, I would highly recommend Bill and William Gallagher Contracting to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled contractor for their construction projects.     Bill and and his team just finished two separate projects for me in the last 3 months. I initially used bill to power wash my stucco and clean my windows. It’s amazing how much clearer they are.I then had some issues with my stucco from the previous company’s shotty work. Bill noticed it and took the time to explain what he thought the other company did wrong. The previous company didn’t even try to match the stucco to the color of my home. Bill sat down with me and explained everything step by step. (This was extremely helpful as I had to present the plans to my HOA board).At the end of the day Bill was extremely professional and I could not be happier with his work. No question that I will definitely be calling him for future work at my house.

    OK, where should I start ? I very rarely if ever write reviews on businesses. To be honest most companies are average or competent, and I just do not find the need to write a review if that is the case. Every once in awhile though, I hire a company that turns out to incredibly good or incredibly bad. When that happens, I definitely feel the need to comment and review them.I hired Bill Gallagher to do a lot of work on my house. I needed a new roof, new gutters, stucco repaired and replaced, and also concrete work. To say Bill and his team did great work would be a severe understatement ! He works with highly skilled teams who each have their own specialty. For three weeks, I had some of the best workers I have ever encountered at my house doing an incredible job ! When you are spending tens of thousands of dollars, you better make sure the workers at your house know their stuff. That sums up Bill, Cory, Israel, and everyone associated with them ! I unhesitatingly give them my highest recommendation. They will treat your house and your property like their own !!

    I cant recommend William Gallagher Contracting, Inc. enough. I will call them back in a heartbeat and have already shared the name with friends. Bill and his team are a dream to work with -- professional, responsive, shows up when they say they will and sticks with you -- communicating effectively all along the way -- until the job is done. We needed an old stucco wall repaired and some masonry work including concrete and brick repair. Everything was completed beautifully. We are super pleased, and several of our neighbors complimented us on not only the work but how wonderful the job was done. Thanks Bill and team!

    Bill and his team just finished new stucco on my chimney. The stucco was pulling away from the chimney from wind damage, and they were amazing. The chimney looks great!!! Thanks Bill!!

    I used William Gallagher, to reset a brick patio, for a public garden space. He worked with me to get the aesthetic I desired, the area garden safe for the public, and worked within my not for profit organizations limited budget; and with in a very tight time table for public launch (socially distanced, small group ,timed ticketed.) Bill was lovely to work with, and his crew did exemplary work! Its lovely, it is what I wanted, I am confident the work will hold up. I am a career Facility Manager, who specializes in historic, public properties; this is not my first rodeo, I would use him again in a heartbeat.

    Bill is prompt, professional, thorough, and committed to doing the job the right way. I have found his prices to be reasonable and his work exemplary. I have worked with Bill a couple times to address masonry work and a long-term, seemingly unsolvable roof leak at our house.Bill rebuilt the failing stone wall around our basement stairs - matching the mortar color, style, and adding drainage to mitigate future issues. Our roof leak as been intermittently plaguing us for some time and, prior to Bill, there seemed to be no true fix. Bill identified and addressed issues that prior contractors missed and resolved this very annoying roof issue for our family.We are very satisfied working with Bill and will work with him going forward as future needs arise.

    After I saw how nice my neighbors windows looked after having them cleaned by Bill Gallagher, I hired him to do the same at my house and also clean the gutters. As others have already stated, hes very professional, knowledgeable about older homes in the area, takes pride in his work and does a great job. I would recommend him highly and will definitely use him again in the future.

    Highly recommend! The gutters in my new home were clogged and I needed to get them cleaned sooner rather than later. I called Mr. Gallagher looking to get an estimate for gutter cleaning. He asked me a few questions and gave me an estimate over the phone. He added that he was on a job site nearby and could stop by later. We set up a time and he showed up as promised. He quickly assessed the level of effort that would be needed AND started the job! His team finished the job quickly and efficiently and stuck to the estimate he quoted. Mr. Gallagher was VERY easy to work with and I will use his services again.

    I am on staff at church called Highpointe in Roxborough and the building has had long standing problems with its roof including leaks and a number of issues especially during heavy rains. Bill and his team did an amazing job and a very thorough job and did an amazing job. We have not had a single issue after they worked on our roof. I would highly recommend this honest and knowledgeable roofer!

    Its rare that i write a review but this guy is so conscientious and good, and very reasonably priced, that i just need to pass on how happy we are to find someone like William. We have used William for over five years and whenever he leaves the place sparkles. He wipes up any drips and spills; put things back where they were. Nice attention to detail.Lately, William has given us needed referrals for an electrician and a stone mason. Both worked out very well. He aligns himself with others who take pride in their work.

    This is a new review, but Ive had many years of experience using William Gallagher Contracting. I initially called Bill based on a recommendation from a friend when we needed our gutters cleaned, and the first thing that struck me was that he is not what youd think of as your stereotypical contractor. Hes very personable, easy to work with, easy to get a hold of, skilled, listened to my input, answered all my concerns/questions, is timely & affordable. Over the course of 6 years, weve called on Bill (and his very skilled employee, Israel) for not only gutter cleaning, but major stucco work, hardscaping, carpentry, powerwashing and even some minor asphalt repair. When Hurricane Sandy hit a few years ago and we needed our entire roof removed and replaced (as well as a new gutter system installed from scratch) we called Bill. Everything was perfect the first time - and anything that needed adjustment along the way was quickly taken care of.
