We recently used Trapp Electric to convert some basement builder grade lighting to led wafer lights. The the whole staff was pleasant and professional to work with. Taylor came to our home and provided better alternative ideas to what we initially had suggested. The price was reasonable. They were able to quickly schedule us before Christmas. We love the finished product. This is the third time we have used Trapp and plan on using them for future electrical projects.

What a wonderful man - so polite, hard-working, friendly, and cleaned up every speck of mess. He did not leave a thing behind. Dave did an outstanding job. He was professional, efficient, and a talented fellow. He performed a difficult job wiring a light and electric shade from my attic though heavy insulation to a new junction box above the window valance in our kitchen. It looks great and my wife was very happy with the result. Thanks, Dave and Trapp Electric. Theyll be the folks I recommend to friends.

I hired Trapp Electric to replace two ceiling fans. They gave me a reasonable quote for an estimated 3 hour job. They then called to confirm the appointment and the electrician arrived on time. To my surprise, he then completed the job in one hour. Im highly satisfied with the customer service and job quality. The final bill was also far less than I expected. I plan to use Trapp Electric in the future again if I have any electricial issues, and will continue to recommend them.

I know the concerns I myself had when my wife and I bought a new homethat needed several electrical updates.We are very thankful that Trapp Electric was referred to us. From the start I was impressed by how Ray cared about our needs! After receiving a very fair estimate we decided to proceed with Trapp Electric and it was such a pleasant experienceSo many concerns to think about when looking for a contractor. Fair price and quality of the work you need done and the character of the men/women that will be coming into your house to name only a few.Katie was amazing not only scheduling our work and sending the best guys for the work but also scheduling with Ameren and the City Inspector as well.Eric, Peyton and Jesse did a great job with all our needs and their workmanship was spot on! They were very pleasant to be around and explained and answered many questions that I had and always showed patience and a willingness to share! Thanks to Tim for running material over to the house as well! These gentlemen are always welcome in my home!As for the price, it was less than I thought it would be too! Trapp did a great job roughing in my electric & an even better job finishing. Katie (their office manager) emailed me after my painter was done letting me know he had called & they could complete the job. She let me know they were really booked, but since my job was close to complete, that they could fit me in within my schedule (1 1/2 weeks). To my complete surprise, I came home and they had 1/2 the job done Friday and then got all my lights installed Monday, which was perfect as I had light to complete the painting before my house-guests arrived. It was unexpected. And I was thrilled!

It’s very hard to find contractors in any line of work that aren’t booked at least a month out as was the case with Trapp Electric, However in this case Trapp electric top notch receptionist Katie took my name and number and promised to call me if they had any break in the schedule and she was true to her word.An opening came up and Katy called me at 9.00am and by 10.30 am a wonderful young man and top notch electrician and a wonderful representative of the Company.

I had to have a new electrical service installed after storm damage. i went from the old nasty fabric wrapped crusty stuff to new up to current code service. Ray and the crew did very well and it looks great! They worked with the company installing the siding and Ameren to get it done as soon as possible. It was a repair well needed that was completed well.

I called Trapp Electric for a quote to install a Tesla charger in my garage. Their electrons came promptly and I got a quote in 24 hours. Because their schedules were pretty full, I was told I had to wait for one month, so I called Moxie Solar, another certified Tesla charger installer. Moxie Solar pretended to be interested with my work, but after they figured out I didn’t want to install solar panel, they never called me back.I decided to call Trapp Electric again to make an appointment for their installation though it would be 30 days later. They did come on time on the scheduled date. Though I purchased the 18 feet long charger from Tesla, it turned out it’s still one feet or two shorter. Their technician are very experience full, he gave me a pretty neat solution. They finished the work quickly. At the end, it’s a very beautiful job!I highly recommend Trapp Electric! I think it’s worth the wait time!

I have worked with Trapp Electric many times over the years. They have always done great work. Ray is honest with his pricing and gives great suggestions. His crew leaders have always been knowledgeable, professional, and on time. This time we had Dave as our lead. He was very considerate to my wife and to our children who were either playing in his work area or taking naps near where he was working. We highly recommend them.
