Great little local business, honest and affordable. Justin gave the impression that he was dedicated to his craft and customer service. He scheduled my appointment easily, showed up on time, explained his services, brought what he needed to get the job done, worked quickly and safely, and he gave me advice on repair materials and maintenance. Online bill pay was simple and effective. He also took a great photo of my neighborhood from the roof and it was a cool touch.

Outstanding experience from start to finish! Justin responded quickly to my message, was available to clean my gutters the same week, and did an amazing job. I had no idea so much stuff was in my gutters! I love that he will come back for free if we have an issue over the winter. His pricing is great and clearly communicated. Community Contracting is the company to use if you need your gutters cleaned!

This is the best service weve had for leaf removal from our roof. We used community contracting in Dec 22. Justin was fantastic. He was prompt in replying to our request. The price was reasonable. We were very satisfied with the work completed. He was organized and cleared the leaves to designated areas within our property as requested. We will request for their leaf removal from roof service again end of 23. Thank you Justin.

No fancy truck (which you pay for), no bundle deals for what you dont really need (which you pay extra for), no fancy multi-level telephone menu your call is very important to us (which you pay for with your time). Gutter cleaning 2400 sq ft family home. On-site evaluation - price quote - job done properly. Total time 2 hours. I had received quotes 2 to 4 (yes, thats four) times his price. Justin deserves to succeed. Fair pricing and no BS is hard to find these days.

Justin and Carl are terrific! They are willing to go the extra mile when they are here. This time Justin blew the leaves out of our deck furniture when he saw me trying to clean them out. They do a great job of gutter cleaning and ensuring the areas around the house are totally free of the debris removed from the gutters. And you cant beat their prices. Quality work at an affordable price!

I had a minor gutter attachment problem that is a job too small to get anyone to come out to do. Justin told me when he would be at my home to look at the repair and arrived on time and as expected. He immediately gave me a quote and performed the job. Justin and Kyle were very efficient and professional and treated me as though I was a valued customer. I just now happily wrote a check to Justin for his outstanding work cleaning my gutters and installing leaf guards. Believe me when I tell you that I got a quote from a national leaf guard company for $2000 that Justin complete for $365 (for leaf filters).
