    3/12/24 Update to my previous post, I am still happy with the final product except for an issue with the bathroom exhaust fan that started in December 2023 which continues to this day. The follow up communication from the company is non-existent. Use your own judgment before engaging in services. Original post 06/2023 Rob and Sammie were great to work with. Work was done in a professional manner. Total bath remodel was done in 9 working days. They kept me informed at every step and always asked questions and made suggestions along the way. I am very pleased with the outcome. The total project was completed within my set budget.

    R. Kargher Contracting installed a new sliding shower door and grab bar in our primary bathroom. Andy showed up on time, reviewed the site and location of the new door and went to work. He answered any questions we had and was knowledgeable and polite. When the job was complete he cleaned up, even hauling away the packaging materials.R. Kargher Contracting would be my first choice if I had another project.

    This master bathroom remodeling project involved an initial contractor who walked off the job halfway through. Not every contractor is willing to take up in the middle of a project. We are so thankful that Kargher Contracting was willing to come in and finish the job. Their professionalism included timeliness, communication, and quality of work. We would highly recommend them and we are very happy with our new master bathroom.

    We needed a shut off valve installed for our refrigerator waterline. Robert was responsive, understood the problem and was able to give a quote over the phone. Sammy, his partner, was very courteous, did an excellent, thorough job of installing everything. I would definitely contact them in the future and recommend them.

    Rob provides excellent service. Quick, quality work that is well priced. Sammie is amazing.They ripped up old tile in upstairs bathroom and replaced it with herringbone. They ripped up old tile throughout the entire downstairs and replaced it with laminate wood, new base moulding and quarter round. They also fixed a load bearing wall that had old termite and water damage. A lot of work that was done really well and super fast.

    Robert, the owner came and assess the job and provided a detailed estimate which was also quite reasonable. He answered every email, text and phone call. Very professional!Sammie was the guy who worked on my basement. He’s phenomenal! He’s very polite and hard working.I would definitely use the company again for future projects.

    We needed to have our old, heavy and broken wooden attic stars replaced with an aluminum unit we got at Home Depot.Sammy showed up on time and is an impressive young man. He knocked the job out working efficiently and cleanly. We could not have asked for a better outcome. Kargher is now our go to place for home projects.

    Rob went above and beyond for us. Our indoor cat had gotten out and was hiding under our deck. We called Rob early on a Sunday morning and he was out within an hour. He made wonderful suggestions how to get our cat out from under the deck as it was not an easy task. He removed part of our deck and helped us navigate until we were able to rescue our cat. Without Rob we never would’ve been able to get our pcat back. We are so grateful. We are using him to fix parts of our deck that need assistance. Rob is prompt reliable and does great work. We will be using him for future projects in our home.

    We could not recommend this contracting company more and had the most positive and easy experience we could have asked for. We had a full kitchen remodel with all new floors, cabinets backsplash, appliances, and even had a wall moved. Robert was there every day checking in with me and his employees. He made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it and responded to any small request we had immediately. His employees were professional and you could tell they really cared about their work. Everything was completed in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. My kitchen looks exactly how I imagined (if not better) thanks to R Kargher Contracting. We already can’t wait to have them back for future projects.

    Rob was very responsive, the work was high-quality, the pricing was transparent and everything was done in a timely manner. They even pointed out and fixed things we didnt notice before the job started. They obviously take pride in their work; Rob was there almost every day and made sure things were done right. Cannot recommend highly enough.

    These guys are great! They are skilled at all aspects of home repair and renovation. For me they replaced my basement window with a block window, tore down my old deck and built a bigger and much nicer deck, stained the new deck, and for me most important they redid my basement which I had had to essentially undo after it was damaged by flood water. The job I had for them was honestly a mess, much harder to do than to just start from scratch. But it looks great now, with all new drywall, new floors, new baseboards, and new paint. You would have never guessed the state it was in. They also re-installed my drop basement ceiling which I had had to take down to take out some soaked insulation. They took a huge problem which other contractors did not want to touch and not only took care of it but gave me a beautiful space that is even nicer than before. They take pride in their work, they work diligently, they are very flexible in what they can do, and they have a sincere desire to be helpful. For example, during the work one of their workers noticed that my kitchen sink had started to leak down into the basement. He diagnosed that the cause was basically I needed a knew fixture, and because he noticed I had alot going on that day he offered to go to home depot to buy a new one, then came back and replaced the old one with the new one. He also put in a new electrical box that I needed. The owner helped me pick out a shade of paint that really brightens up the basement and gives it a whole new feel. Finally, I found the owner easy to work with throughout the process of discussing the work and the estimate, and their pricing is entirely reasonable.

    Robert and his team did a great job at a reasonable price. We purchased everything we needed to re-do our master and half bath and they did all the contracting work. They picked up the heavier items that we ordered from Lowes and the tile store. They completed the work in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this contracting company.

    Robert was timely and very professional. There are cheaper places out in the market.So if you want cheap then let your problem come back with the same person who gave you a cheap price to come to your house to correct the issue or maybe not even come back.But with Robert like my last 3 projects he does it right the first time.So its like being on a car lot.Do you want you wife to get in a car accident in a small compact car or would you like her in a land rover.
