    I used Smart Choice Decks to build my new deck. I was interested in cable railings, most of the contractors were not interested in doing it and tried to talk me out of it. Les listened to what I wanted and made it happen. I am so pleased with the way the deck looks. It is so sharp looking. I was not a fan of composite decking but this deck has changed my mind. I have to do more work next year and plan to use these guys again. Really nice group of guys. I highly recommend them! The deck is an oasis now. We just hang outside every minute.Best ever.

    The crew at Smart Choice Decks just replaced our 35-year-old pressure treated deck with a maintenance free composite (Trex) and louvered Pergola design. Les and his team (Steve, & Joe) are absolute professionals and their workmanship and focus on customer satisfaction was clearly obvious to us from the beginning. Les is a quality individual and businessman, and Smart Choice Decks simply surpassed the competition.     Les, Steve and their crew did an excellent job from start to finish. Our old deck was removed and the guys installed a custom designed Trex deck that included planters and stairs. We appreciated the craftsmanship and attention to detail. The project came in on time and on budget. The deck looks great. Were thrilled.

    The short review... I would absolutely recommend Smart Choice Decks!The longer version... My wife and I were looking to replace our old paver patio with a large composite deck in our backyard. I contacted Smart Choice Decks because they had worked on a deck for one of my family members a few years ago. Les visited our home, took measurements, and we discussed the overall design of the deck. Les provided a scale drawing that same exact day (he was also the only one of the contractors we met with to provide a drawing at all). This was great because it immediately gave my wife and I a visual to react to. Les was nothing but patient with the few rounds of adjustments that we went through to as we tried to make up our minds on the final design. When it came to the estimate, Smart Choice was very competitive in comparison with other builders that we met with.During the build itself, Les was meticulous with his work and took a lot of care to make sure the craftsmanship and even minor aesthetics were handled properly. From start to finish, Les and his team inspire confidence that the job is designed and built right. We couldnt be happier with our deck and look forward to many, many years with it.     After moving into an existing townhouse, we wanted the old deck torn down and replaced with a larger, maintenance free composite deck. I noted to Les that we had a hard deadline as we would be hosting a bridal shower in early April. He and his team fought through the weather and manufacturers delay in supplying product to still complete the job on time. He made some great suggestions to enhance the beauty of the project despite some strict limitations imposed by our HOA. We are thrilled with the final result and have been receiving non-stop complements from neighbors within the development. Les was great to work with.     Excellent excellent job. The day that Les and Steve came to do our free estimate we also received the actual estimate within a few hours of them leaving. They know a lot about all the different products that are out on the market and were very good with explaining them. Each day when they finished they would clean up the whole area. Very meticulous in all the details and in the end my deck came out awesome!!! Highly recommend using them.....
