Jay is an outstanding tech with years of experience he goes above and beyond what the job requires to satisfy and to make sure the job is done right. Jay helped me get to the bottom of the problem over the phone when no one and I mean no one had answers for my tankless Noritz system. This man is amazing with his knowledge and is willing to share with you if your willing to learn. I truly dont know how this is not above and beyond 5 Star company on her or anywhere else. A Man and business who cares about his customers! You are foolish to do business with anyone else. Thank you Jay for getting my hot water up and going when every other business around me had no clue or was willing to give their time to help me.

Jay and Mark rebuilt our tankless hot water system, the day after we contacted him!! Jay prioritized us because we’d been out of hot water for a week. When they came out they were very professional, definitely knew what they were doing and very neat. Very honest and trustworthy company we would highly recommend them, and he gave our dogs treats too!!

Jay came out so quickly and helped me with my ac unit which had stopped working. I had a chipmunk inside my air conditioner outside which shorted my capacitor out! He said it was the first time he had seen a chipmunk make it in there lol. Im so grateful for his quick response and knowledge to diagnose the issue quickly.

Tankless services provides excellent quality service. When our water heater broke they removed our broken heater and replaced it quickly with a new one. They care about their customers comfort and satisfaction! The owner brought good treats for my puppy as well!

Top notch service! Extremely responsive. My tankless heater went down on a Saturday morning, my typical servicer was closed, so I figured I try somebody new. Im so glad I did. Tankless Services of Michigan answered the phone, and were able to come to my house a few hours later. Only took them an hour to diagnose, and fix the problem. Cost was very reasonable. I cant recommend them enough. Thanks!!!

Great work by Jay. He very thoroughly cleaned my Noritz tankless water heater and really nice person with lot of patience and great attitude. We got the hot water and I am glad I called him for service.

These guys saved my family from days without hot water. We have a tankless water system that no one seems to understand how to repair them, they immediately want to replace it. Thank God we found these guys! They knew the part that needed to be replaced by asking my husband what numbers were flashing on the system. without a visit they fedx the part in on a Saturday and we had hot water by that afternoon! 1000 Thanks to these guys. By the way did I mention that they saved us 1000s by not having to replace the system!!!!
