I had a well known water company come out and install a new water softer. The water softer failed and clogged up my pipes. I called Jodi after trying to deal with a reputable plumbing company she came out within an hour of me calling her. Explained everything to me, the cost and even explained everything to the water softing company on my behalf without hesitation. Needless to say Jodi got the job. She was very professional,efficient, knowledgeable and I had water within a week after not having water for a month! I would highly recommend Jodi to anyone and Ill definitely use her again. We needed a lot of work done on an old house that was purchased. Jodi was a complete professional through the process. It was a difficult process with the bank and she stuck with us through it all. The plumbing work was explained throughly and her work was excellent. I would definitely recommend her and have provided her name to others already. She definitely will be our go to for any of our plumbing needs. Extremely knowledgeable and reliable!

Somehow, she got the whole job in a single day.Above all, she was nice and easy to work with. Shell be at the top of my list for all my needs/projects in the future.

We were considering electric vs gas water heater, and she explained the pros and cons of each and was never salesy at all.
