I have used Doctor Drain for my business and my residential plumbing needs. They are always polite, friendly, efficient, super knowledgeable and priced fairly. I had them install a tankless water heater in my new home and it is fantastic! The water is always hot and I never run out! I cannot say enough good things about John, Nick and the rest of the crew, they are the best! Thank you for your great work.

I had a plumbing issueand was told I needed a larger repair at 900$. I called a John and he did a much MINOR repair for about 20% of the originally quoted cost!!! And day of!! Lots of plumbers out there but always good to meet on your immediately trust!

John and Jodi and their crew were great! They installed a sump pump overflow on the discharge line outside and connected to the drainage pipe buried in our yard. Before they did the work, they both took the time to look at the job and then also both spoke to us personally on the phone to discuss it further. We appreciated that too! They did great work, were courteous to answer all our questions and concerns. Stephanie in the office, was great to keep in touch with us too! We would definitely call them again for all of our plumbing needs! Thank you again!

Kevin and Mike came to look at a list of issues I had for them and to say they were incredible is an understatement! Never once did I feel like they were trying to sell me something I didnt need, do work I didnt need or just try and take advantage of the fact that I am clueless about plumbing! They gave me some things to try, were informative with their answers to my questions and really took the time to explain things to me!Hands would HIGHLY recommend Doctor Drain and his team to anyone who needed a plumber!

Dr Drain Plumbing is the BEST! The staff is amazing! Had a water heater major problem! I called within 1 hour Jodi was at my home to help immediately and Kevin and staff were around the corner with a new water heater! Thought it would be days for hot water, Once you use this company you will never use another! Thanks 👍👍

I had a clogged toilet that was over flowing in my warehouse. Called Doctor Drain as they were local. I was expecting to have to set up an appointment to have them come out. But Stephanie put me on a brief hold and then told me they would be out within the hour! Now that’s fast service. Jody and her crew came out and solved the problem but fast. I was expecting an emergency fee for the fast service but there was none of that. Very inexpensive and they even threw in some extra parts. Would highly recommend for fast affordable service!

Dr Drain saved me again...I really thought I had a HUGE problem. Then John and his crew got to my house quickly. Solved the problem by cleaning my main drain.The price was very reasonable. Everyone was courteous and clean.I would absolutely recommend Dr. Drain to everyone.Yay we have our bathrooms back !

I was extremely happy with this company. I had a problem and even though they were quite busy they squeezed me in the same day for a large job. The plumber Kevin was great and it was a lot of inside and out of the house on a hot day. Highly recommend this company.

I knew there was a sewage leak when I called them, but it turned out the house inspector had missed a ton of other issues, and not only did they fix them all for less than the other company I talked to wanted just to fix the leak, but they also took the time to investigate other issues that could be happening. They were on time and didnt try to upsell me on anything, I will be calling them for any future plumbing issues.
