Had them out to replace the water tank and pressure valve under the house. After they did that, the pressure in the tank still wasnt what it should be. Chris and Austin walked me through what they thought the bigger problem was.They ended up pulling the pvc pipe and the water pump up from the well. Like they thought, there was a crack in the pvc pipe which wouldnt let the tank get up to 60 psi and hold. They replaced the pump and the pipe. Price i believe was very good.Chris and Austin were very patient with me....explaining the issue and walking me through the options. They also didnt seem annoyed when i hovered around while they were working...i was trying to learn myself :-)I have already recommended them once to a friend. Will use again.

A fencing company hit our main water line leaving us with no water. Called Wake Forest Plumbing and they had a guy out within a few hours. They were very fair with us, made the repair, and had our water back on within 45 minutes. Great customer service and honest and fair with the prices charged. I appreciate them getting us up and running quickly and cost efficiently!

I was trying to replace a kitchen faucet but as soon as I began to loosen the line from the valve, the pipe broke where it threads into the cold water line. I made calls to multiple plumbing companies, but most were understandably booked for the day. Wake Forest Plumbing called me back within a couple hours and said they had someone available to head my way. Austin arrived shortly after and tried one option that didn’t work due to having older pipes. He explained my other options then quickly went to work on cutting out and replacing that section of pipe. In no time he was done and I had water again. I can’t say enough about how responsive and courteous Austin and Wake Forest Plumbing were, and the cost of the repair was fair and probably less than I’ve paid others to do easier jobs.

The technicians, Chris and Austin, were professional and very knowledgeable. Within seconds Christ identified the water pressure problem that we were having with our house. Both he and Austin worked quickly and replaced the PRV and the expansion tank. They also fixed a toilet, a repair I requested after they got to my house. I am impressed and would recommend Wake forest Plumbing.

I am very happy with the plumbing service provided at my home by Wake Forest Plumbing over many years. Most recently, Wake Forest Plumbing installed a new septic lift pump and a new 75-foot sewer and water lateral line at my home. In the past they have done other work at my home such as installing a toilet and installing a water heater. All of the work is of high quality and at a fair price. The recent work was a big job, and I had an opportunity to talk with numerous representatives of the company, including the Owner, the Office Manager, and the plumbers. It is clear to me that all of the representatives of this company work well together as a team. They are very honest, thorough, friendly, polite, and hard-working. Since the work was done when my sons and I were at home 24/7 due to COVID-19, I greatly appreciate that Wake Forest Plumbing was able to minimize the disruption to our water and sewer service during the project. Since we were home 24/7, I was also able to observe the project more closely, and the company representatives very patiently answered my questions throughout the installation in terms that were easy to understand. They were always on-time, and they communicated with me at every step of the process so I would know what to expect.In summary, if you need plumbing service, please don’t hesitate to contact Wake Forest Plumbing!!! It is a great company!!!

Totally AWESOME. They fixed problems caused by others who did not have a clue. On time. Professional.Outdoor plumbing for our outside sink/kitchen fixed. Inside replaced water heater and corrected multiple installation errors from previous work. Found a leak that was previously repaired with electrical tape. So amazing. Really Really happy.100% recommended. 5 STAR!!!

Great job ! They were on time, had to install a much narrower waste removal drain and were very fair on the price. Originally scheduled for Monday they had an emergency so rescheduled to Tuesday and gave us a 10% discount on the final bill!

I would highly recommend Wake Forest Plumbing. I contacted them 2 days before a holiday and the woman who answered the phone was very helpful. I had a small plumbing issue yet they booked my appointment as soon as possible, within a day. Troy was excellent! He solved our issue right away PLUS his friendly attitude and professionalism was really appreciated! Will definitely hire again. Thank you!

Utility company reported a slow leak to me and I called them to diagnose and repair the problem. They responded quickly and were very professional. They returned later in the week to replace my main water line underground. They were quick and did a tidy job installing the new line, expansion tank and regulator.

Troy came out on an emergency call when our pressure tank sprung a leak. Although he could not replace the tank that night (the right solution to the problem) he did a temporary fix that allowed us to have water until the next day when he replaced the tank. Great work and obviously someone who takes pride in doing things right. I would certainly call them again if I had other plumbing problems.

Had one of two old attic water heaters start leaking. WF Plumbing had a plumber out within an hour. I decided to replace both water heaters with a single tankless unit. That’s a pretty complex unit! Mark and Paul, the installers did a great job installing it and fixed a whole house pressure problem, too. I’m loving the Rinniae unit and very pleased with the work!

I have used Wake Forest Plumbing three times now. Each visit was well communicated ahead of time, and the workers were always easy and pleasant to deal with. They cleaned up afterwards as well, and then explained everything.One of the calls they spent maybe five minutes here to fix something, and they wouldnt even charge me. That is a great way to show dedication to the customer.
