    Fast, professional, courteous, and reliable.I called after 5:00 because our AC wasnt working. Repairs were scheduled for the next day. Less than 24 hours later, our AC was working. The technician called me to let me know when he would arrive and when he finished (I was out of town). Im very impressed with how quickly and easily this was taken care of.

    I called Air Works at 10 am on Tuesday because upstairs unit was not cooling. Tech arrived in under 3 hours and diagnosed a bad evaporator coil (in attic). They replaced the coil and got the unit working again by 10:30 on Thursday morning. The techs were on-time, courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough.

    Air works was recommended to me by my old HVAC person after I moved out of his service area. I am extremely pleased with the service I have received from them.I was having trouble with my A/C this past summer. After speaking with my old ac man he advised that my system was probably leaking freon from the condenser and based on the age of the unit would need to be replaced. He told me to have some Freon added and it might last a year, might last a month.I called Air works and told them what I wanted to do. They didn’t give me any trouble or try to up sale me on anything. They came out and added some Freon at a reasonable price. That fixed the A/C, and got us through the summer. Unfortunately the leak was not small and the unit needed be replaced.Fast forward to November, Brian came out and gave me a quote on a new system, which was also very reasonable. Each time they have been out they showed up on time, and did a very professional job on the new install.Air works will be the only company I use living forward and I would highly recommended them.

    Airworks HVAC maintenance plan is well worth it. And now it includes home plumbing inspections with discount service if needed. Their plumber Joseph was outstanding! Finally a plumber that really knows his stuff and honest as well. I wouldn’t have expected anything less from Airworks or use any other service.

    Bryan and team were incredible to work with from start to finish. Polite, professional, honest and efficient. This is the first time in a long time we didnt even have to clean up anything post-departure of a contractor. And...the new system is awesome! Keeps up with this summer heat and humidity with no problem. Its super quiet as well. When we need our downstairs unit replaced well definitely call Bryan and have him do it.Update - April 2022 - Bryan and team replaced our downstairs unit 2 Springs back and the experience was the same - simply awesome! This was a much bigger job as we had them also replace all ducting as well as the complete system. They are all so very professional and polite its a true joy to work with them.This update was prompted by their Spring health check visit. All good and an great experience as usual. I wish all the vendors we used were as easy to work with and conscientious as Bryan and the Air Works team.Update - October 2025 - 6 years in and were still totally happy with Air Works Heating & Air. We even experienced their new Plumbing Service in the Summer and were super pleased with the quality and value.     UPDATE BELOW! I called another local company, which told me that my fan motor and compressor were shot and tried to sell me a $10,000 HVAC system on the spot. I decided to get a second opinion, and I had the good fortune of calling Air Works. Ricky came to my house within a few hours of my initial call, diagnosed the problem in just a few minutes (a faulty relay -- a $200 repair), got the part delivered overnight, and fixed it first thing the next day. He was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and friendly, and he saved me thousands of dollars. Consider me a customer for life -- thank you so much! UPDATE: Since my first review, Ive used AirWorks two more times. About a year ago, I needed a whole system replaced: they gave me the best price of anyone, the installation was awesome, and the techs and managers were friendly and informative. They were just perfect. Then last week, I had a problem, and they came right out, checked it out fast, didnt try to upsell me, and actually caught ANOTHER problem (a clogged drain) and fixed it up right there on the spot. It is *so rare* to find a contractor who does good work and who I can really trust to just tell it to me like it is. This is my one and only go-to HVAC company from now on. Thank you all!

    These guys are the best. A different company told me I needed a new unit and we’re going to charge very high pricing. I called Air Works after remembering I had used them in the past and was just as satisfied this Tim if not more than the last. My unit does not need replacing but just a few minor repairs and some Freon. Air Works fixed cleaned the coils and capped off the Freon for less than the competition was charging for only Freon . All the reviews are true and Josh the technician was professional honest and great in general. I recommend to everyone to forget the rest and sign up with these guys.Once again a great job

    The staff were prompt in arriving at my within the designated time. They seemed to fix the problem but last night the AC thermostat kind of went crazy and decided it was 95 degrees outside and so it ran all night. When I woke up this morning, it was 60 degrees in my house. I believe that the thermostat is faulty.

    I called the business expecting to get an appointment for a future date concerning an air conditioning equipment issue. Within two hours Ricky was at my home ready to fix the problem working me into his already full schedule for the day. He found and fixed the refrigerant leak and checked the entire AC system. While here he also did the annual check on my heating systems. Very professional, technically competent, friendly, and dedicated to doing great work.

    Michelle and the whole crew were tremendous.     Great job! Made sure I was satisfied. Had a new, dual 16 sear package AC / Heat system installed. Price of the new systems has really gone up since 16 years ago but that’s not my installer’s fault.Edited to add that Air Works just finished my AC system check for the summer. Had a new hire who was just like the rest. Courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. A great local business with a responsive owner and work force. Been using them for more than 10 years.

    I had my HVAC unit replaced a few years ago and they did a Fantastic job Today Ricky Frazier called me and said he could come 3 hours early for a maintenance check I was thrilled.     I was happy with the service. I purchased my upstairs unit from them and this was part of the install. They serviced my old unit for free also. I did need a capacitor on the old unit. He told me what the reading should be before he hooked up the meter. He did not pressure me into the repair.I just had my second service. I really trust the technician and like that he said that AirWorks is a great place to work.

    I had Post Nasal Drip. My Doctor recommended I use a Nasal Spray. I found Air Works online and read great reviews. Im happy to give them 5 stars for service, professionalism, clear explanation of the process and the photos to show me what my vents look like before and after. AND I know longer need the Nasal Spracy. They were GREAT!!

    Hands down this is the best experience I’ve ever had. The gentleman who came to help me was extremely kind, even showed up a day earlier than I was quoted because they had a cancellation and could fit me in sooner. My system failed overnight and my house was about 90 degrees when they arrived within a few hours of contacting them. My home warranty company was only able to send someone out in an estimated 7 days (which I understand these companies are busy, not trying to bash them.) My ac issue was fairly complicated and involved several things needing to be replaced. They were very up front about costs, what was going on, and what else will need to be repaired or replaced now vs in the winter. Considering the costs of boarding all my pets and me staying in a hotel for 7 days, paying for service the same day was more than a fair price compared to waiting on my home warranty. This team is worth every penny and it genuinely felt like they cared about me and my situation from the first phone call to the payment- especially considering this weekend outside would be about 100 degrees and my house is in direct sunlight. I think they knew I was in serious need of having my ac repaired and were very honest and up front and I felt like they were truly there to help me whereas some companies could totally upsell me on things I wouldn’t need and I would have never known. A huge huge huge thank you to your team for being so kind, efficient, and helpful!

    Air Works answered my call.at 830 this morning, by 1030 their Tech was on site. He found the problem within 5 minutes and had it fixed within 20 minutes.He took the extra step of washing off my coil and give it a good cleaning.     They are always fantastic. Michelle handles the office and administration part and she is very easy to talk to and is able to explain so much and answer all of my questions. Ricky is our primary tech and whenever he comes out to service our system he is always pleasant, engaging and helpful. He will give us recommendations for the future for our system. Recently, I had to have both systems replaced for my house due to their age and failing health. Bryan came out and gave us written quotes for two different size systems and he and Michelle gave us the different options that came with the different sizes and the differences between the two. It was very easy to schedule the replacements and multiple people came out to do the exchange which really sped up the process. They did a great job and I couldnt be more pleased. My only complaint is that with the new systems in place I wont have to call them or see them 4 or more times a season as I always enjoy talking to them. They will be my company of choice for all my heating and cooling needs for a very long time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

    We had another company come out and they told us our air filtration system was blown up. Also said we were 2-3 pounds low on Freon. We have a system where these things have to be checked electronically through the thermostat before gages are installed. Air Works came out, diagnosed the problem quickly and now everything is working including the air cleaner that was supposedly blown up. Great company to deal with, extremely knowledgeable, and the technician was very good and very nice. Highly recommend.

    Have been using Air Works for a few years and love them! They are always so polite and professional.     Michelle called me bright and early, eager to ask probing questions and send a sevice tech out for diagnosis. She said she could have someone at my home within the hour. Josh, the HVAC repair tech arrived and he was phenomenal, quick and knowledgeable. My family has been without stable air conditioning and heat since due to faulty equipment and poor construction of the builder. He listened to our issues and developed theories to narrow down the focal point in order to provide a resolution. He installed a new safety switch to prevent oveflow and further water damage in our attic. He educated us on what to do to prevent any new issues through the companys maintenance program and now we do not have to suffer from lack of power to our HVAC unit or safety issues.I have already referred Air Works Heating & Air to my extended family as a result of Joshs quality work and awesome customer service.     We’ve used Airworks for all but our first two years here in NC & they’ve been absolutely wonderful! We had another “Bigname” company perform our HVAC maintenance for our first two years. Almost immediately after the first visit for “routine maintenance”, our A/C broke down! We payed mega bucks for repair. The very next year about the anniversary of our A/C braking down and immediately after their 2nd “regular maintenance” visit, the A/C unit broke down again.     We had Air Works Heating and Air out today to replace a Colman unit that we were having issues with. It was replaced with an American Standard unit. From the start Michelle was fantastic went over all details of how the installation would go and the time and date they would be at my house.     We have used them for almost 5 years for our HVAC maintenance. They have always been timely and responsive. They were the company who installed the current HVAC system from the previous homeowner. Weve kept them because they have shown deep knowledge of our particular unit (which is not a common model and its incompatible with todays smart thermostats).

    Air Works has been servicing the heating and air in my home for years. Michelle, Ricky and more recently Jessica have always been able to work around my hectic schedule. I have never met her in person but I have been on the phone with Michelle over the years that I feel like I know her. Ricky has been in the house so many times that I think he knows the place better than I do. After my wife passed away 5 years ago, he was able to show me where the key to the crawl space was. It was a good think as I didnt have a clue to where it was. I would highly recommend this team to anyone I know.

    We first started using Air Works when they were the only company who actually called us back when we needed our HVAC units serviced. Weve now been customers of theirs for about a decade. (And they service almost every home on our street.) Some of the nicest people you will ever meet. The biggest plus when it comes to Air Works is they are trustworthy. Ive never felt they were trying to upsell me on anything. Whoever comes out always presents all the options available and takes the time to answer all my questions (which can be a lot of questions!). Weve never thought about calling anyone else. 100% recommended.

    By far the best HVAC company in the area. Run by a veteran and family owned. My HVAC system went out, I had 9 of the big contractor names come out for quotes/inspection and Air Works, only one identified that my system was incorrectly installed with the wrong size lines for the tonnage. That was Air Works. The install company had coupled two different size lines together, which caused my unit to fail prematurely. Air Works attention to detail in their install’s is second to none and what every homeowner should expect from their HVAC company. After getting ripped off by the big companies for years, have found a diamond that we have been with for the last 10 years. Only HVAC company I recommend to friends and family.

    Ive been trusting Air Works for many years to service my HVAC units and decided to finally replace one of my original units (14 yrs) through them. It took them just half a day to replace it even with the furnace being located in my attic which is only assessable with a pull down ceiling stairs! When its time to replace my second unit theres no question that I will be calling them again.

    They have prompt service and great pricesFamily owned and operated.Years prior I had an issue that would cost me to replace an entire part.At the cost of several hundreds of dollars due to the failure of a cheap component.They were able to locate a used component at a substantial savings.And they replaced it after hours and didn’t charge me to come back.So it was an obvious choice who to call when I had to replace both units.Do yourself a favor and call Air Works when you need anything HVAC.

    If you are looking to get a new HVAC or if you need it repaired Brian and Michelle are the people you want. They are the best , their installers are the best. They installed a new unit in my old house and did the service on it for 10 yrs. this is my new house and they just replaced the old unit and Ill have them service it for as long as I live here.Im a customer for life.
