    Great communication and service. Installed a charging station for EV car - knew exactly what to do and that it required a permit. Cost was much less than two other companies that gave an estimate, one of whom didnt seem to know that it required a permit which was concerning. Alex showed up on time and completed the work without any issues. Highly recommend

    Alex is absolutely amazing! He came out initially to price one project but because he was so thorough at even looking at the project, I asked him about other things we have. VERY professional, thorough, honest and detailed. We will definitely think of him first for any other electrical projects we may have! Also, I think his pricing is fair.

Alex responded to the request with priority, cleared all administrative work regarding permit, arrival exactly on time, did great work installing recessed lights in the kitchen, spent extra time helping me with few other minor issues- overall- GREATservice!     Alex is the best electrician we have had. He is honest and reliable. He did a very delicate and detailed job for us. He added a dedicated circuit with gfci outlet to the crawl space for overflow pump. Permit and Inspection all taken care of. The inspection took place two days after the work was done and passed without any modifications or concerns. It was a clean job.He also diagnosed and fixed one outlet that was missing neutral and 2 outlets that weren’t wired correctly.Alex was on time and prepared with all the necessary tools. He cleaned after himself and actually left the area in better shape than he found it. He will be our electrician from now on.

    Before calling Pro Electric, LLC, I had another electrician come out and the route he told me he would have to take to run a line from my box to where I needed it was going to leave many holes in my ceiling which of course would then cost even more to repair and paint.I was so happy when Alex came and told me that he would have to make 2 cuts and they would both be in closets, one in a utility closet that didnt need to be patched then another in a closet where all I need is an access panel installed.Not only did he give me a HUGE sigh of relief with only two cuts, but he came early and on time which allowed him to get the job done in two days. He also saved me a HUGE headache by completing some additional things I needed with no problem.Alex is friendly and honest and I already referred him to a friend, but he is definitely going to be my go to electrician from now on!
