    We had a toilet and bath tub clog in our basement and needed a trustworthy plumber. Wanted to utilize a local small business so we called Noble Plumbing. Jermaine showed up on time and was very friendly/professional. Fortunately, upon his arrival everything just started draining again. However, Jermaine still took the time to thoroughly assess everything provided us with his extensive expertise and things to possibly watch out for in the future. He didn’t try to pressure us into some service or try to get us worried to commit to replacing something that wasn’t really necessary. He was very honest with us, which we really appreciated. Despite the one interaction with him today, he made us feel comfortable, and we will be calling him for any future plumbing issues. We’re very happy that we’ve found a neighborhood go-to plumber that is trustworthy. Thanks Jermaine!

    Jermaine replaced my sump pump and fixed some issues left by the previous plumber. He also snaked my master bathroom drain to remove a clog that was causing it to backup. Not only was he very friendly, he was extremely professional and explained everything thoroughly. Highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs!

    When you have a plumbing issue, you want someone trustworthy and capable. The gentleman who came out, Jermaine, is the owner/operator, and he is extremely professional. I was most impressed and appreciative of the fact that throughout, he explained exactly what was going on, what he was doing, and what his thought process was. I also appreciated that the scheduling was easy, I received a text in advance of his arrival, and he came on time in the exact expected window. Would use again!

    I cannot say enough amazing things about Jermaine. If I ever have another plumbing need, he will be my go to. He came to move pipes that were sticking out of my floor to behind the wall, so I could install a new vanity. It was a big and complicated job. I could not be happier! Jermaine showed up on time, with everything he needed for my job. He had asked a few questions prior to his visit and I sent him some pictures. He arrived on time, used the booties to check out my house before providing an estimate. I got not only what I paid for, but a lot of advice and insight about potential issues, past things homeowners had done, and even some extra fittings for the DIY project I was doing. He is a plumber and a teacher, and I felt even more confident about my task than when he arrived with the information hed shared.

    EXCELLENT Independent PLUMBER ALERT:@JermaineEdwards#1 was able to come out within 2 days of me calling,#2 He showed up exactly as promised and was very professional,#3 He worked neatly to remove as little drywall as possible to diagnose the issue --which was not what I thought,#4 He only did what was needed, and completed it in a day,#5 After the standard diagnosis fee, he charges for the job, including his materials, NOT by the hour.

    Jermaine did an excellent job at trying to locate a leak from my Master shower. He was very professional and explained the process & pricing up front. Worked quickly & did an excellent job at checking all possible sites in ceiling for the leak. Holes cut in ceiling were done in a manor that allows for easy repair. Unfortunately we couldnt locate the leak area, but he gave me great advice on what it could of been & what to watch out for. Highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.
