    Gabriel and his team came out to replace our water heater. The price was very competitive, and each remember was friendly and considerate. They did a nice job fixing the water heater and taught my husband more about being handy lol I also think it’s a big indicator how someone interacts with our pets. They were so kind to our cat and made sure to keep him safe. Def recommend!

    I just had Luka install a complete heat pump unit in a rental house. The old unit was EXTREMELY old and I wanted replace it before it broke down. They did an amazingly good job.While initially I was reluctant to have any company disturb the renters by coming out to give a complete price, I ended up having them and two other companies come out to give their bids. Two other companies submitted their bids without coming out.Luka was not the cheapest option nor the most expensive. Most companies wanted to offer a larger unit that would really be too big. Too big or too small shortens a heat pump life span, so right there I know they are not looking out for my best interest. I picked Luka because they seemed to really be doing what is in the interest of the customer. I was there the entire time of the install making sure they did everything right, and they did everything perfect.I plan to be using them for everything in the future since they seem to be a very good balance of cost and service.

    *Highly recommended: great price, great work, great staff.* I was very lucky to have found Luka for HVAC air duct replacement and associated drywall. While searching for companies, I happened to see a Luka truck drive by and I gave them a call. They sent an excellent project manager the next day who was highly knowledgeable and provided an estimate that night. It was a very good price. While other companies could only handle the HVAC and I would need another contractor for the drywall, Luka did both for less. We needed the work done quickly, and Luka got started within 36 hours of me accepting their offer. They were highly communicative and I was very happy with the work -- which was really quite a difficult job but they pulled it off without any gimmicks. They finished before other companies could even turn around inferior estimates. I will definitely return to Luka for future needs.

    This was my first time hiring from LUKA Home Services for the replacement of a hot water heater.     I was scheduled for a service call between the hours of 4pm-5pm with Luka Home Services. I was kept informed every step of the way until Adrian arrived. He was on time, extremely polite, and professional. He even surprised respected my house by using shoe covers once he arrived at my door. He advised me of my options and never once tried to sell me any services while considering my concerns. He kept all areas he surveyed very neat and clean and was very well spoken. It is very refreshing to work with a contractor that has honest business practices. Job well done Luka!

    I picked this company because of its location and stellar reviews, and it lived up to its reputation. I calleld, and we agreed on an appointment the next day.Michael arrived as promised and quickly diagnosed the issues with our old toilets. He provided several options with clear price tags, and we agreed on a preferred set of actions. The work started right away and he completed the work efficiently. At the end, we had a walk-through and made sure that everything was working.Overall, I am very pleased with the service provided.

    The kitchen sink drain pipe corroded off and needed to be replaced. I placed a notice on Angi and Luka Home Services was one of several that responded. They quickly setup an appointment for a free estimate. Gabriel was on time for the estimate and very quickly inspected the problem and gave me an estimate. I told him I had a couple of other plumbers coming to give me an estimate and Id let his company know. Several other businesses also responded. Some wouldnt offer a free estimate. Two others did, one kept rescheduling the appointment so I told them never mind. Another also quickly gave me an estimate but kept trying to up sell me other services and their estimate was nearly twice Lukas. Both these companies shall remain unnamed.Luke set up an appointment for a couple days out, partly because I was going to be out-of-town. Gabriel was the repair man. He showed up on time within the window I was given. He got to work and quickly completed the job.Gabriel was courteous and professional throughout this entire process. He didnt hesitate to answer my questions. Thanks, Gabriel.I highly recommend Luke Home Services for plumbing services.

When the project ultimately required more work than the estimate accounted for, Luka Home Services was modest in the additional amount they charged to complete the job. Returned and performed the job quickly and effectively.I am very very impressed with everyone I have dealt with from Luka Services, and highly recommend them to all my friends and neighbors.     Luka responded within minutes to my quote request and sent the most knowledgeable plumber who diagnosed preemptively on the phone so I knew exactly what cost options I would be looking at, quoted significantly lower than my first quote, and came and showed me exactly what needed to be done which was a simple fix as opposed to the replacements I was quoted initially.     I needed some HVAC work done and Adrian took a ton of pictures and walked me through the work that would need to be done and explained clearly why. After comparing estimates, I decided to take a chance on Luka for two equally important reasons: (1) their quote wasnt the lowest but it also wasnt the highest, you get what you pay for. And (2) their reviews reflected very satisfied customers, and having dealt with a subpar HVAC contractor in the past, I did not want to repeat the experience. Im glad to say I made the right choice, and that Adrians work quality, professionalism, and thoroughness actually resulted in me asking him to come back to do 2 other jobs in addition to the first. Adrian is the best! After the first job, I knew I could trust him to be honest and that he actually knows what he is talking about! Ill also mention that the office (Carlos) is really responsive as well so I appreciate how organized and professional they are overall.

    Adrian came to clean our dryer vent, as well as our HVAC duct system, replace a filter front that screwed into the wall with one that such that I didnt have to mess with screws, but just open the levers to get to the filter to replace it much more easily. He also repaired an HVAC tube going to the master bedroom, as I could tell it was not working due to there not being any dust or dirt in that filter compared to the filters in the returns for rest of the house.     I sent a request through Angies list around 9pm in the evening and minutes later I received a phone call from Luka home services.This was a good sign that these guys were on top of their game.Gabriel arrived to our house whom was very personable and professional. I really enjoyed working with him through the process. He gave me the insight of want needed to be fixed and also made recommendations. He gave me a quote which I thought was very reasonable and fair compared to a lot of big name companies that we have used in the past.He finished replacing our toilet within an hour.They have gained my trust and I will definitely use them again for any issues moving forward.
