    We had a great experience with Fab Build Pro when they replaced our roof. They dealt with our insurance company and inspection, which saved us time making calls. The PM even checked with our HOA to make sure our roof color was approved. Overall, we were pleased with their work. However, we did have an issue with our contract and the owner Mr. Fabio Brankovic took the effort to reach out and help resolve the issue quickly. In the end we were happy and would work with them again.

    The worked with my insurance company to make sure all storm damage was replaced and repaired. They help redo the assessment to ensure complete coverage, Once approved, they ordered everything and got the old siding off and the new siding installed. All done well and clean up was complete.     We had intense rain a few weeks ago and unfortunately discovered a leak. Called this company to have them come out and they got me in next day. They helped me put a quick fix and broke down what we needed to do in order to have a permanent fix. Fabio, took his time out explained everything from A-Z. Happy to say he helped me get a brand new roof for only the cost of my homeowners insurance deductible! I thought I would be paying the whole thing, but due to it being storm damage it was the opposite and I’m so happy! Thank you guys!

    I was in the path of a recent hail storm and suffered roof damage because of it, my neighbors spoke with Mark and were able to have insurance cover their damage and he was able to evaluate my roof and let us know we’d also qualify for the services my neighbors received, Mark worked with my adjusters to finally get our roof fully approved, we appreciated all the hard work he put in and the coordination and correspondence he provided to us while we were waiting for insurance to finally come around. We are very pleased with the work and happy we listened to our neighbors recommendation for this company

    My house was hit with wind storm last year .Fab build pro was in the neighborhood fixing local homes so I spotted one of their trucks and ask a driver if they can give me an estimate .One of their inspectors pull over immediately got out of the vehicle briefly explain the process and in matter of minutes he was on my roof.After they were done with inspection he told me my house has severe wind damage and Suggested Insurance route mentioning that everything will be covered by my Carrier since is catastrophic related issue Mentioning only portion I will be responsible for is my deductible.I like what I heard and I proceeded with filing a claim.Fab build pro representative was holding my hand from start to finish while dealing with insurance and meeting up with adjusters and my roof came out better looking than ever .They made insurance process totally painless .I am so happy and pleased and grateful with everything they did for me and my home .Highly recommend !!!!

    Worked with past contractors and always felt off working with them but FBP sent their Rep Ryan to help with a little retail project and the way he spoke in detail of everything made me feel comfortable going with them best contractor experience so far yet and I definitely would recommend working with Ryan for any home projects!
