My furnace went down in November of 2017, called Petcosky on a Sunday and they sent a tech out who told me the 26 year old bolier needed to be replaced. Monday afternoon met one of their estimators at my house, got a great quote on a new boiler and indirect water heater, had all the install done by Thursday of the same week. Very pleased with the work and how clean and professional the install work was. Great local family owned company that does great work.

Signed up with Petcosky & Sons summer of 2015 and they have been wonderful to work with. Real test came today when we had a water heater malfunction at 4:45 P.M. Place call and answering service said a rep would call me. He, Jason, did in less than 30 minutes. Asked me a few questions to make sure I really needed him to come. He said he would be right over, arriving in less than 15 minutes. Fixed the problem, made a couple of suggestions for future reference. He was very polite, professional and friendly. Great service, terrific people and one very satisfied customer.

Had to replace my water heater today. It was a very good experience. The gentleman who did the work was Jim. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. He had the whole job done in under 2 hours.

This is an A+ company and has gone above and beyond to square away my water filtration system. Many thanks to Mike Petcosky for the numerous emails, text messages with pictures of my problems and diagnosis via cell phone! He then sent a technician out right away to fix the issues caused by someone else who installed the system improperly.I will only be using Petcosky for any future plumbing and heating needs. They are hands down the most professional and courteous company I have worked with in a long time, if not ever!Thanks Guys!!!

Petcosky plumbing installed a sump pump for us. We couldn’t be happier- we finally have a dry basement. The installers were knowledgeable and professional. It was a pleasure to do business with Mike Petcosky. He really cares about the work he does.
