Wow - what a great decision it was to go with Water Heater Medic. After my friends 12 year old water heater burst creating a mess, I realized I should proactively replace mine before I suffered the same fate as mine was about the same age.From initial contact to final installation, it was one of the smoothest experiences I have had. I spoke with the owner (Mark) initially and he was informative, helpful and listened patiently to my questions and any concerns. His recommendation was great and his installation was flawless and quick. His pricing was also very reasonable. If you need a water heater, look no further, this is who you want to call.Water heater installed: AO Smith 50 gallon propane tank heater with power vent. Model: GPVT50. Love it so far. Much quieter than old one too.

Replaced my hot water heater with no issues. I had assumed that replacing was the only option as it was a 10 year old water heater with a 6 year warranty, so I guess we got what we could out of the old one. Mark also told me that the plumbing exhaust pipe was not in compliance with code -- taking his word, but no reason not to doubt him on that. Cant really tell how they compared in price -- all others that I called wanted to come over for an estimate, and then tell you the price. Mark was the only one who gave me a ballpark figure over the phone and stuck with it for actual job. I could likely have found someone who could do it for a little less, but probably with a little more angst to go with that. So all in all, I would recommend Water Heater Medic.

Water heater broke late on a Thursday. Having big party at the house on Saturday. Left an after hours message expecting a call the next day but Mark responded to my message Thursday night and by Friday afternoon had the water heater replaced at a very competitive price. Quality job, clean, thorough.

Mark from Water Heater Medic did an outstanding job. From the first phone call to determine the price to setting up my appointment to the actual installation, everything was terrific. After determining that my water heater replacement/installation in the basement would not be a complicated one (e.g., no stairs, no tight spaces), he gave me a bit of a discount. The final price he quoted me was lower than everyone else. (I would say much lower because I dont want to give the impression that his price was suspiciously cheap in exchange for shoddy work. His work was in fact excellent and an outstanding value.) Setting the appointment was quick and painless. Mark worked around my busy schedule, which I very much appreciated. During the installation, Mark kept me informed of what he was doing. The whole process only took about an hour and he left my home just as clean as it was before he arrived. I will use Water Heater Medic for all of my future water heater needs and would definitely recommend them.

Mark the owner was on time and very professional. Mark and his partner were quick and kept the area nice and clean upon completion. After installation Mark went over my new gas water heater with me. He showed me how it works, what the buttons are used for, what the codes represent (if it flashes any) and if I need to service it I can call them directly. Mark even showed me where my main water valve was and showed me how to turn it off in the event of a pipe bursting. My water heater is great quality (A.O. Smith Commercial Use). Im very happy with the service and my purchase. I also appreciated that the company takes a portion of the proceeds and donates it to my choice of charity. That was a very nice touch. I would highly recommend this company and want to thank Mark!

I didnt know any good plumbers in my area so I looked to Home Advisor for help. I chose Mark the Water Heater Medic. He was flexable with his schedule, Professional and Knowlegable. Removed my old water heater and Installed my new one. Great Job.
